本文使用矩生成函数方法推导了相关视距(LOS)分量和独立散射分量条件下的多输入多输出阴影Rician衰落信道上采用正交空时分组编码(OSTBC)的广义矩形M进制正交幅度调制(MQAM)的平均误符号率(SEP)的精确闭合表达式.利用该表达式可计算信道衰落参数以及天线间的相关性对广义矩形MQAM平均SEP性能的影响.数值计算结果阐明,天线间的相关性恶化了广义矩形MQAM的平均SEP性能,广义矩形MQAM的平均SEP性能随着信道衰落参数的增大而得到改善.  相似文献

日益增长的无线业务需求要求提高衰落信道上无线通信的频谱利用率。本文利用Q2(x)的另一种数学表达式和矩生成函数推导了Nakagami-m衰落信道上多输入多输出(MI-MO)WCDMA系统采用M进制正交幅度调制(MQAM)的平均误符号率(ASER)表达式,分析框架可以推广到开环和闭环系统发射和接收天线为任意数目的应用场合,研究了存在多址干扰下MIMOWCDMA系统的平均误符号率性能,数值计算结果表明组合发送分集和接收分集可以显著改善系统的性能。  相似文献

对多输入多输出(MIMO)相关衰落信道上宽带码分多址接入(WCDMA)的安全性能进行评估,一种省时高效的解决方案是理论分析法。推导了相关 Nakagami 衰落信道上采用空时分组码和二维瑞克接收机(2D-Rake)的 WCDMA 系统的非零安全容量概率和安全中断概率的精确解析表达式。利用上述表达式,可以快速地评估收发天线数、天线相关系数、Nakagami衰落系数、平均路径衰减系数等参数对WCDMA系统安全性能造成的影响。数值计算和仿真结果相吻合,证明了以上理论分析的正确性。推导了WCDMA系统渐近安全中断概率的解析表达式。结果表明,WCDMA 系统的安全分集增益为主信道各个可分离路径上的分集增益之和,与窃听信道无关;对于恒定多径强度轮廓的同分布Nakagami衰落信道,WCDMA系统的安全分集增益为主信道的收/发天线数、多径个数以及Nakagami衰落系数四者之积。  相似文献

研究了混合Rayleigh-Rician衰落信道下,存在反馈时延的多天线双跳放大转发(AF)中继系统的性能.首先,基于反馈时延波束成形(BF)模型得到混合衰落信道下中继系统的输出等效信噪比(SNR).然后,利用无穷级数展开推导出输出信噪比中断概率(OP)和概率密度函数(PDF)的解析表达式,并进一步得到中继系统遍历容量和平均误符号率(ASER)的理论计算公式.最后,计算机仿真验证了所提出的性能分析方法的正确性,并定量分析了天线数量、反馈时延和信道参数对系统性能的影响.  相似文献

针对分布式天线系统(DAS)的下行容量问题展开研究。首先建立了包含路径损耗、阴影衰落和瑞利衰落的复合信道模型;然后,基于该信道模型,分别对各态历经容量和中断容量进行了分析。考虑到小区内移动台的分布特点,在选择分集传输策略下,推导了各态历经容量和中断容量的近似解析表达式。仿真结果表明,所推导的2个近似解析表达式均能准确地评估分布式天线系统的系统性能。  相似文献

We study the exact average output signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and symbol error rate (SER) of M-ary phaseshift-keying (PSK) signals with coherent equal gain combining reception. The analysis assumes independent Nakagami-m (1960) fading paths, which are not necessarily identically distributed. On one hand, we use geometric summations to obtain closed-form expressions for the average output SNR over diversity paths with an exponentially decaying power delay profile. On the other hand, capitalizing on an alternative integral representation of the conditional SER along with Gauss-Hermite quadrature integration, we derive an average SER expression in the form of a single finite-range integral and an integrand composed of tabulated functions. We also present a simpler but approximate approach for the closed-form evaluation of the SER of these signals over independent identically distributed Nakagami-m fading paths  相似文献

This paper considers adaptive beamforming receiver that support multiple users, each having one transmit antenna. In certain circumstances, symbol error rate (SER) performance of the beamforming receiver degrades severely. In order to minimize the SER, minimum symbol error rate (MSER) beamforming receiver is utilized. Then, we propose an adaptive modulation scheme for the receiver to maintain the average SER below the target SER while maximizing the average throughput. The scheme uses the information on the direction of arrival and the average signal-to-noise ratio to decide the appropriate modulation mode. For comparison, the proposed scheme is also applied to minimum mean square error (MMSE) beamforming receiver system. Simulations were carried out in the presence of single and two interferers. Simulation results show that the performance of the proposed algorithm employing MSER beamforming is superior to its MMSE counterpart, with the largest advantage of 0.21 in the outage probability.  相似文献

分析了在弱湍流信道模型下基于开关键控(OOK)、脉冲位置调制(PPM)、差分脉冲位置调制(DPPM)和数字脉冲间隔调制(DPIM)方式的多输入多输出自由空间光(MIMO-FSO)通信系统模型。首先推导了各调制方式下单输入单输出(SISO)系统的误时隙率(SER)计算公式,以此作为参考,在独立同分布的条件下,推导出MIMO-FSO系统的平均SER计算公式,并用数值仿真的方法,分析了它们的平均SER性能。仿真结果表明,在弱湍流信道模型下,PPM可获得最好的SER性能,采用MIMO方法能有效提高FSO系统的平均SER性能。  相似文献

理论分析了大气湍流信道下无线光载射频通信系统的误码率,推导出从弱湍流到强湍流环境下采用BPSK调制格式的无线光载射频通信系统平均误码率闭合公式。基于公式,进行了数值仿真,仿真结果表明Rytov指数、接收天线直径和传播距离是影响系统误码率的主要因素,并讨论了误码率随这3个参数的变化趋势。最后研究了MPSK/MQAM在无线光载射频系统中的误码率性能,得到一种具有较低误码率和高比特速率的调制格式。  相似文献

This letter focuses on the performance analysis of the decorrelating receiver in multipath Rician faded CDMA channels. M-ary QAM scheme is employed to improve the spectral efficiency. Approximate expressions are first derived for the two performance indexes: the average symbol error rate (SER) and the average bit error rate (BER) when the decorrelating-first receiver perfectly knows the channel information of the user of interest. To achieve desirable closed-form expressions of the SER and the BER, we exploit results in large system analysis and make assumptions of a high signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) and/or a small Rician K-factor. To measure the receiver performance in the practical scenario, we further derive expressions to approximate the average SER and BER of the decorrelating-first scheme with channel uncertainty. Simulation results demonstrate that the analytical results can also be employed to evaluate the performance of the combining-first receiver.  相似文献

The performance of dual-branch predetection switch-and-stay combining (SSC) in correlated Rician fading is considered in conjunction with several modulation formats. Analytical expressions are derived for the average symbol error rate (SER) of predetection SSC in correlated Rician fading. Switching thresholds that minimize the average SER are obtained. The impact of fading factor and the fading correlation on the performance of predetection SSC is studied. Analytical expressions for the output average signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and the outage probability are derived. In multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) fading environments, degenerate channel phenomena, called keyholes or pinholes, may exist under the realistic assumption that the spatial fading is uncorrelated at the transmitter and the receiver, but the channel has a rank-deficient transfer matrix. In this paper, we analyze the exact average symbol error rate (SER) of orthogonal space-time block codes (STBCs) with M-PSK and M-QAM constellations over Nakagami-m fading channels in the presence of the keyhole. We derive the moment generating function (MGF) of instantaneous signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) after space-time block decoding (signal combining) in such channels. Using a well-known MGF-based analysis approach, we express the average SER of the STBC in the form of single finite-range integrals whose integrand contains only the derived MGF. Numerical results show that the keyhole significantly degrades the SER performance of the STBC from idealistic behaviors in independent identically distributed MIMO channels.  相似文献

Recently, much attention has been drawn to distributed antenna systems (DAS), which are proposed to improve the performance of mobile communication systems. This paper focuses on the analysis of the average symbol error rate (SER) of DAS over a generic composite channel. Initially, a new composite channel model is considered for DAS, which is a mixture of path loss, lognormal shadowing and generalized-Gamma fast fading. This composite channel model is a generic model, which includes many well-known composite channel models as special cases. Based on the channel model, the cumulative distribution function of the output signal-to-noise ratio is obtained by employing selective transmission scheme. Moreover, by averaging the channel conditions and the positions of the MS in the cell, an approximate expression of the average SER is derived, which is a unified form of expression for many commonly used modulation schemes. Numerical results show that the derived expression of the average SER can provide sufficient precision for evaluating the SER performance of DAS under different modulation schemes.  相似文献

We present a unified analytical framework to determine the exact average symbol-error rate (SER) of linearly modulated signals over generalized fading channels. The results are applicable to systems employing coherent demodulation with maximal-ratio combining multichannel reception. The analyses assume independent fading paths, which are not necessarily identically distributed. In all cases, the proposed approach leads to an expression of the average SER involving a single finite-range integral, which can be easily computed numerically. In addition, as special cases, SER expressions for single-channel reception are obtained. These expressions reduce to well-known solutions, give alternative (often simpler) expressions for previous results, or provide new formulas that are either closed-form expressions or simple to compute numerically  相似文献
