介绍了一种高流动性快速固化酚醛注塑料的配方、制备工艺及其成型时间和流动特性。采用高邻位酚醛树脂为基质,复配复合稳定剂,优化辊炼工艺,制备了高流动性快速固化酚醛注塑料。该注塑料具有优异的流动性能,同时可快速成型,且不损失酚醛注塑料固有的力学性能、热性能及电性能。 相似文献

采用聚乙烯蜡作为石蜡改性的添加剂,考察了改性工艺条件和添加剂加入量对石蜡性能的影响。结果表明,最佳改性工艺条件为:改性时间、加热温度和搅拌速度分别为:4 h、150℃和600 r/min。聚乙烯蜡的加入可以显著改善石蜡的使用性能,在聚乙烯蜡的添加量为0~16%时,改性石蜡的滴熔点由59.2℃上升到88.2℃。采用SPSS软件进行线性回归,得出了聚乙烯蜡加入量与石蜡滴熔点、石蜡针入度(25℃)和针入度(38℃)的回归方程,石蜡滴熔点回归方程的显著性值分别为3.304E-4,9.468E-8,9.465E-7均远小于0.05。因此,可认定所建立的回归方程有效。 相似文献

研究了玻纤增强酚醛注塑料制备过程中基质树脂的选择、固化作用与交联结构的控制及玻纤分散技术,考察了不同基质树脂制备的酚醛注塑料的固化成型结构形态和固化流变特性.进一步采用热固性与热塑性酚醛树脂相复配的基质树脂体系,经配方和制备工艺的优化,制备了高填充量玻纤增强酚醛注塑料.该注塑料具有良好的注塑成型性能,注塑制品具有高强度, 冲击强度达到4.3 kJ8226;m-2,弯曲强度137.4 MPa,同时热变形温度为 245 ℃,阻燃性通过美国UL 94 V-0级认证,并具有优良的尺寸稳定性、电绝缘性能和低成本优势. 相似文献

利用Brabender流变仪,考察了酚醛树脂注塑料的化学流变特性,根据双阿累尼乌斯方程建立了酚醛树脂注塑料的化学流变模型。该模型与实验结果具有较好的一致性,利用该模型可以预测酚醛注塑料注塑所需要的工艺窗口,并能动态模拟整个注塑过程中的黏度变化。 相似文献

以聚乙烯蜡和硬脂酸为添加剂,采用水浴加热混合蜡测量滴熔点和粘度,在聚乙烯蜡质量百分含量为0% ~ 15%、硬脂酸质量百分含量为0% ~ 60%范围内,对石蜡的使用性能进行改性研究.实验结果表明,聚乙烯蜡和硬脂酸均对石蜡滴熔点和运动粘度有一定的影响.在聚乙烯蜡添加量为0% ~ 15%的范围内,改性石蜡的性能得到明显改善,其中改性石蜡的滴熔点呈缓慢增高趋势,后保持稳定;当其添加量在3%~5%的范围内,改性石蜡的熔点快速升高.在聚乙烯蜡加入量为3%时加入质量分数为5%~60%硬脂酸进行对比试验.硬脂酸在添加量为5%~25%时,改性石蜡滴熔点呈下降趋势;硬脂酸添加量为25%~60%时,改性石蜡滴熔点上升,但上升效果不明显. 相似文献

Powder injection molding (PIM) opens new possibilities to process complex Sr-ferrite components for magnetic applications. In the present study, new binder system with the addition of microcrystalline wax (MW) was used for the Sr-ferrite powder injection molding. The optimum binder composition was determined based on rheological measurement, mircrostructure observation by SEM, thermal change by DSC and debinding process. The results indicated that MW with 10 vol.% addition in the binder system containing high density polyethylene (HDPE), paraffin wax (PW) and stearic acid (SA) decreases the defects of the green parts after solvent debinding because the distribution of the binder system between the Sr-ferrite particles becomes more homogeneous. Using the proper binder system containing MW, the defect-free and dense Sr-ferrite ceramics can be prepared after solvent and thermal debinding and sintering. Based on the experimental results, the effects of MW microcrystalline wax on the solvent debinding of the Sr-ferrite ceramics were detailed discussed. 相似文献

Organic silanes and titanates were added to a system of polyethylene and silicon nitride intended for injection molding and to a model system of paraffin oil and silicon nitride. The effect of the additions on viscosity was studied. Results from the model system agree comparatively well with the results from the system intended for injection molding. The model system can be used for screening tests. A glycidoxytrimethoxysilane reduces the viscosity of the polyethylene-silicon nitride system. In combination with tetrabutyl titanate, the effect is more pronounced. 相似文献

研究了用58#全炼蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、改性聚乙烯蜡、硅油等制备汽车上光乳化蜡的方法。考查了石蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、改性聚乙烯蜡三者的比例、硅油类型、乳化剂类型、摩擦剂用量对乳液性能的影响。实验结果表明,当乳化剂用量为乳液质量的10%,乳化温度为90±3℃,乳化时间为50min,可以制取一种达到国外同类产品水平的汽车上光乳化蜡。 相似文献

A new method of fabricating translucent alumina brackets using powder injection molding (PIM) is reported. Alumina powder was mixed with MgO, La2O3, and Y2O3 to control grain size and porosity. The powders were mixed with a binder consisting of a mixture of paraffin wax and polyethylene in a 1:1 ratio to make feedstock for injection molding. The total amount of binder was limited to 14 wt% to minimize shrinkage and cracking after sintering. After injection molding, debinding was performed using the wicking method and samples were sintered in a vacuum at 1700 °C to achieve high density. Ultimately, translucent corundum was fabricated. The sintering additives resulted in a decrease in porosity and an improvement in translucency by promoting grain growth during pressure-less sintering. After sintering, Vickers hardness, bending strength, density, and transmittance of the fabricated parts were measured to show that those values were comparable to those of the commercially available dental brackets. Therefore, the translucent alumina block was successfully fabricated using PIM method to be potentially used as a dental bracket. 相似文献
