以EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)乳液、PU(聚氨酯)乳液、PVA(聚乙烯醇)溶液和CaCO3为主要原料,制备出一种共混改性EVA乳液胶粘剂。考察了聚合物乳液组成、填料、PVA和使用温度等因素对该乳液胶粘剂的黏度、粘接强度、开放时间和耐水性等影响。结果表明:以DA-103型EVA乳液/U54型PU乳液作为复合基体,当m(EVA乳液)∶m(PU乳液)∶m(PVA溶液)∶m(CaCO3)=18∶27∶30∶25时,相应胶粘剂的低温粘接强度比市售白乳胶提高了50%以上。 相似文献

Cellulosic and crustacean filler materials were used to study their effects on poly(vinyl-acetate) (PVAC) emulsion wood adhesives. The elastoplastic behavior of the filler-treated PVAC emulsion was studied using differential scanning calorimetry and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis. The result revealed that the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the filler-treated polymer is not significantly changed by the addition of the filler materials, whereas the tensile modulus, adhesive hardness, and the stiffness were markedly changed. The viscosity of the emulsions and their performance on wood surfaces were greatly affected by fillers. The cellulosic fillers have high oil-absorption capacity, hence increased viscosity to a greater extent than the case with crustacean-based filler materials, which have faster coalescence but yield mechanically weaker films. The acidity of the fillers influenced the setting time for wood adhesive bonding. 相似文献

The viscosity, loop tack, and shear strength of silica‐filled epoxidized natural rubber (ENR 25 and ENR 50 grade) adhesive were investigated using coumarone‐indene as the tackifying resin. Silica loading was varied from 10–50 parts per hundred parts of rubber (phr), whereas the coumarone‐indene concentration was fixed at 40 phr. Toluene was used as the solvent throughout the study. Polyethylene terephthalate substrate was coated at various adhesive coating thicknesses, i.e., 30, 60, 90, and 120 μm using a SHEEN Hand Coater. Viscosity of the adhesive was determined by a HAAKE Rotary Viscometer whereas loop tack and shear strength were measured by a Llyod Adhesion Tester operating at 30 cm/min. Result shows that viscosity of the adhesive increases gradually with increase of silica loading due to the concentration effect of the filler. Both loop tack and shear strength show maximum value at 40 phr silica for ENR 25. However, the respective values for ENR 50 are 20 and 40 phr of filler. 采用淀粉改性的聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)乳液与聚氨酯(PU)预聚体交联制成了具有IPN(互穿网络聚合物)结构的胶粘剂。探讨了各原料的用量及反应温度等因素对该胶粘剂的制备及性能的影响。实验结果表明,制备该胶粘剂的适宜工艺条件为:氧化淀粉10.0g,水40.0g,聚乙烯醇(PVA)15.0g,PVAc25.0g,PU预聚体5.0g,乳化剂2mL,引发剂0.8g,扩链剂2mL,无机物填料5.0g,反应温度为65~85℃;由此制得的淀粉IPN型环保胶粘剂具有耐低温性好、耐水性佳、粘接强度高及无甲醛等优点,可用于层压板与纸塑、木塑复合材料的粘接。 相似文献

研究无机填料、功能单体及牙齿表面酸蚀与否等因素对单组分可见光固化齿科正畸粘接剂剪切强度的影响。结果表明,无机填料羟基磷灰石(HAP)和功能单体4-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基偏苯三酸酐酯(4-META)的加入使正畸粘接剂的力学性能显著提高。以环氧613树脂为基质,4-META质量分数为7.5%,HAP质量分数为40%,正畸粘接剂的剪切强度值最大,达23.38MPa。 相似文献

Grafting of methyl methacrylate (MMA) onto polychloroprene rubber latex (CRL) was carried out by emulsion polymerization using a redox initiator. The effects of the principal factors such as emulsifier, initiator and their concentrations and monomer/polymer ratio on monomer conversion, and grafting efficiency were studied. Infrared (FTIR) spectra, proton nuclear magnetic resonance (HNMR), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis of the graft copolymer showed the occurrence of grafting. The surface-diffusion controlled process model was proposed to describe the grafting mechanism. The graft copolymer was blended with tackifier and filler for waterborne contact adhesive applications. The 180 degree peel strength of the above adhesive for canvas to other decoration materials was investigated. 相似文献

制备了氨基硅烷偶联剂(KH-550)表面接枝改性纳米SiO2粒子,利用正交实验,讨论了改性剂用量、改性温度以及改性时间对活化指数的影响。并将KH-550硅烷偶联剂包覆纳米SiO2作为填料,以环氧树脂E-44为基体,制备环氧树脂胶黏剂,通过对胶黏剂进行剪切强度,扫描电镜和阻抗测试,研究了改性纳米SiO2对环氧胶黏剂粘结性能以及耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:改性纳米SiO2填充的环氧胶黏剂的剪切强度得到提高,最大增幅达到2MPa,耐蚀性能也得到提高。 相似文献
