为解决热轧厚壁无缝钢管横向壁厚分布不均的问题,建立三维热力耦合有限元模型,对张力减径轧制过程进行了动态模拟,并结合工业试验验证仿真模型.根据仿真结果分析了轧制过程中温度、应变和摩擦力的分布,研究了单道次轧制时金属的径向和周向流动规律,并结合整个轧制过程对金属的横向流动及壁厚不均的形成过程进行了分析,研究了轧制过程中温度对金属流动行为的影响,从而总结出横向壁厚分布不均的原因.结果表明:(1)在经过单道次轧制时,金属的周向流动为从孔型顶部流向辊缝,对应孔型角±30°位置处金属的周向流动最活跃,靠近孔型顶部和辊缝位置的金属周向流动性较差.但从整个轧制过程来看,金属总的周向流动为从孔型顶部和辊缝向孔型角±30°位置处流动,从而导致孔型角±30°位置处的壁厚比孔型顶部和辊缝位置要厚.(2)温度分布对金属横向流动有重大影响.由于塑性功换热的原因,孔型角±30°位置处金属的温度比辊缝和孔型顶部处高,此处金属较软,阻力较小,孔型顶部和辊缝处金属向此处的流动性增强,导致钢管截面呈内边方形. 相似文献

一、引言轧制角钢通常需要4~6个蝶式孔型。其主要原因之一就是需要在蝶式孔型中轧落边部并为获得尖角成品角钢准备必需的顶角金属量。作者已在某轧钢厂用菱形坯料经过两个蝶式孔型成功地轧制了2.5~4号角钢,使轧制工艺大为简化。本文仍以减少蝶式孔型、简化轧制工艺为目的,研究了用薄矩形坯料切分与随后立轧角部进行局部镦厚相结合之变形规律。本成果用于轧制角钢工艺,可以实现用平辊身或简单孔型取代大部分蝶式孔型,达到简化轧制工艺之目的。研究成果对水平、垂直轧 相似文献

介绍了宣钢三棒生产线圆钢的孔型设计,通过调整辊缝实现了1~10架轧机的孔型共用,10架轧机料型为Φ52~55 mm,成品选用双半径圆弧孔型,扩张角为30°,产品的几何尺寸达到了国家标准第二组的要求。截至目前该生产线相继开发了Φ20~70 mm共计17个规格的产品,产品的各项质量指标均合格,得到了客户的认可。 相似文献

A new method of sheet rolling in helicoid rollers is considered. In this approach, the roller barrel is formed by a helicoid with rounded projecting tips. The effectiveness of the rollers is demonstrated, and their geometric parameters are determined. Depending on the mutual orientation of the rollers’ helical barrel surfaces, rolling will produce linear hardened zones on the strip, at some angle to its longitudinal symmetry axis. Such nonuniform deformation increases the strength of the sheet, thanks to the formation of local hardened zones, without overall loss of strip plasticity. 相似文献

In thick-sheet rolling, formulas are obtained for the kinematic parameters of the deformation source, the torques, and the front flexure of the sheet leaving the rollers. A criterion for front linearity of the sheet is developed. The introduction of metal curtains around the turbine of the shot-blasting machine for incising the surface of working rollers improves its performance. The curtains are placed perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the shot-blasting turbine wheel. For the 1700 and 2500 tempering mills in casting and rolling shop 5 at OAO MMK, the dimensions of the curtains and their locations are determined so as to increase the density of the shot blast in incising the rollers and to minimize the screening effect of the shot rebounding from the curtain. Research shows that the shot velocity after collision with the curtain changes not only in direction but in magnitude. These changes depend on the friction between the shot and the curtain surface and also on the angle of attack. Modernization of the shot-blasting machine permits increase in density of the shot blast over the surface of the working rollers in the tempering mills and, correspondingly, in the peak density on the tempered sheet by a factor of 1.22. 相似文献
