为了提高铝阳极氧化电解着色膜中铜、镍、锡元素的测试准确性,将标准加入法运用于石墨原子化(GFAAS)中,可有效地抑制共存物的干扰.采用标准曲线法初步确定线性区间,然后确定样品试液的最佳稀释倍数、最佳标准加入系列溶液,最终确定具有较好线性关系的铜、镍、锡标准加入的线性区间(分别为0~0.6 mg/L、0~0.8 mg/L和0~0.7 mg/L).结果表明,在铜、镍、锡共存体中,镍含量的增加可降低铜、锡元素的标准加入校准曲线的线性相关系数.对于成分复杂的样品,标准加入法具有更高的准确性. 相似文献

研究了镍一锌双盐铝阳极氧化膜电解着色工艺。探明了着色液中各组分的作用和电解参数对着色效果的影响,从而得出最佳工艺。对着色液性能进行了测定,结果表明镍一锌双盐体系的分散能力明显优于纯镍盐溶液,与纯亚锡盐电解着色液的分散能力相当。该体系的抗杂质干扰能力明显优于纯镍盐溶液。实验结果表明,在该体系中电解着色铝氧化膜层的耐蚀性、耐磨性及耐外紫光照射性能良好。 相似文献

铝阳极氧化膜中温封孔工艺研究 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
铝阳极氧化膜的常温封孔工艺应用广泛,但厚膜封孔比较困难,染色膜封孔时多数染料都会流色,导致封闭质量不佳.为此,研究了一种新型的铝阳极氧化膜中温封孔工艺,并筛选了抑灰剂、封闭盐及其他辅助成分,研制出MS-05中温封孔剂,其分为A型和B型两种产品,其中A型是无氟、无镍的环保型封孔剂,B型是醋酸镍型封孔剂.与日本同类产品进行对比的结果表明:A型不适用于染色膜的封孔,但对无色和电解着色膜具有优异的封孔质量;B型与日本同类产品等效,适应于包括染色膜在内的所有阳极氧化膜,解决了厚膜封孔及染色膜封孔的问题.此外,还对常温封孔和中温封孔两种类型的封孔工艺的优劣做了分析和讨论. 相似文献

We have developed a process for the preparation of extrapure zinc oxide and zinc acetate from diethylzinc, which includes ultrapurification of this compound through low-pressure fractional distillation, oxygen oxidation of the purified diethylzinc in combustion mode, and heat treatment of the resultant zinc oxide. Zinc acetate was obtained by dissolving the zinc oxide in acetic acid. The content of regulated metallic impurities (iron, copper, aluminum, silicon, cadmium, nickel, cobalt, tin, lead, chromium, molybdenum, and magnesium) in the zinc oxide and zinc acetate was 10?5 to 10?6 wt %, and their net content was <5 × 10?4 wt %. 相似文献

This paper concerns electrolytic metallic coatings for carbon fibers and the related processes. Plating bath design, electrolyte selection and other aspects were investigated. Experimental results especially in copper electroplating show that the uniformity of metallic coatings on carbon fibers can be improved by the modification of plating bath and the selection of electrolytes. Thus continuous and uniform metallic coatings can be obtained on carbon fibers, even if the cross section of carbon fibers has irregular shape. Polarization tests on different copper baths was performed. Electrodeposition of other metallic layers such as nickel, cobalt, and copper/tin duplex layer was also introduced. We studied the effect of laser treatment of electric arc coatings produced of powder wires of the Fe-Cr-B system on the changes
in their structure, electrolytic potential, and polarization currents. We additionally introduced aluminum, nickel, and copper
to the charge of these coatings. Laser treatment was realized by means of Nd: YAG laser radiation. We have shown that the
addition of a small amount of these elements to the coating under study in different ways affects the character of formation,
structure, and electrochemical characteristics of the fused layer. In particular, copper and nickel additions increase the
fluidity of the coating. The parameters of laser treatment affect strongly the uniformity of the distribution of elements
in the fused zone. In the case of alloying with copper, the nonuniformity of their distribution is more pronounced, which
can exert a slight negative influence on the corrosion characteristics of the coating. Aluminum addition improves the corrosion
resistance of laser-modified coatings.

为研究铝阳极氧化膜氧化生成机理,采用恒流电解法,对铝试样在硫酸中的阳极氧化过程进行了研究.通过对铝阳极氧化时的阳极氧化电位-时间关系分析发现,阳极氧化电位出现规则的阶跃现象,其阶跃电位为0.039 0 V,根据其氧化电流密度-时间曲线计算出阳极氧化膜的孔隙率为0.1.结果分析表明,氧化电位阶跃与阻挡层厚度的增加密切相关,氧化电位的阶跃主要是由于阻挡层的增厚引起的,阻挡层首先在孔隙面积上生成,当厚度每增加1.530×10-8cm时,发生铺展作用. 相似文献
