研究了不同稀土对高铝瓷烧结性能及瓷质性能的影响,结果表明Y2O3及富钇混合稀土氧化能显著降低高铝瓷的烧结温度,使瓷质增韧,提高耐磨性,而且其效果与制备稀土氧的母直胃关,合适的稀土氧化物加入量为0.3%-0.7%,过少和过多的加入对瓷质性能无益。  相似文献

本文研究了添加ZrO2对高铝瓷抗热震性的影响。发现:添加14wt%ZrO2的高铝瓷的抗热震性比不加ZrO2的高铝瓷要好,原因是所加入的ZrO2在冷却中发生相变而吸收能量,提高材料的抗热震性。另外本文还讨论了高铝瓷的断面形貌以及裂纹扩展的方式。  相似文献

本文研究了全瘠性料高铝瓷的可塑成形。通过坯料可塑性和干燥性能的测定,对有机粘结剂进行了筛选。复合有机添加剂可以赋予高铝瓷坯足够的塑性和干燥强度。因为有机添加物的灰份接近于零,用它们增塑时,不会影响高铝瓷烧结后的结构与性质。  相似文献

以铁基合金粉末、Al、TiO2和B4 C粉末为涂覆材料,以高铝粉煤灰、SiO2、MgO、CaF2和CeO2为活性剂,采用活性氩弧熔覆技术在Q235钢表面原位合成Al2O3-TiB2-TiC颗粒增强铁基复合涂层.测试熔覆涂层的物相结构、金相组织、显微硬度和耐磨性能,并与未涂覆活性剂的常规熔覆涂层进行对比分析.结果表明,复合涂层由Al2O3、TiB2、TiC、FeSi2 Ti、FeB2和α-Fe相组成,其与基体界面无气孔、裂纹等缺陷,呈良好的冶金结合;复合涂层测试点的最高显微硬度为1283.4 HV0.2,其在室温干滑动磨损条件下耐磨性良好;粉煤灰复合活性剂的加入可以促进熔覆层与母材之间的良好熔合、增加涂层中新相种类和数目、提高氩弧熔覆效率,这对改善复合涂层的综合性能具有重要意义.  相似文献

Conclusions The scale resistance of refractory concretes when the latter interact with molten scale varies, and is primarily determined by the composition of the concretes. The highest scaleresistance is found in the dunite concretes and the lowest in the high-alumina; the chromemagnesite, chromite, and corundum concretes occupy the intermediate position.The scale in the solid state hardly interact with the concretes at all.The wear of the high-alumina and corundum concretes by molten scale occurs as the result of the formation of FeO·Al2O3 hercynite which forms a low-melting eutectic with the iron oxides (hercynite-wustite eutectic at 1330°C); hercynite is next replaced by magnetite and hematite which, after changing into FeO, form low-melting fayalite 2FeO·SiO2 with SiO2. The process of hercynite-formation and its replacement by iron oxides are accompanied by an increase in volume of roughly 16% and this leads to the swelling and deformation of the concretes.The wear of the chrome-magnetite and chromite concretes is accompanied by the appearance of new formation of the magnomagnetite and high-iron chrome-spinel type.Translated from Ogneupory, No. 1, pp. 43–47, January, 1979.  相似文献

采用Q235钢和MB2合金为基体,将钠长石添加到陶瓷骨料中制备SiO2基固相反应型陶瓷涂层,在确定了各涂层成分最佳配比后,通过对涂层的物相分析,耐磨、耐蚀性能测试,研究钠长石的加入对涂层性能的影响。实验结果表明:钠长石的加入有助于涂层固化过程中新相的产生,大量的新相不仅仅提高了涂层致密性,还使涂层耐磨耐蚀性能提升,SiO2基固相反应型陶瓷涂层使Q235钢耐酸、耐盐性分别提高11.28倍、28.74倍,耐磨损性能提高3.09倍;使MB2合金耐酸性、耐盐性分别提高20.52倍、11.22倍,耐磨损性能提高0.57倍。  相似文献

A process is described for controlling the reheat volume of fire-clay and high-alumina refractory products. The volume change of a fire-clay or high-alumina refractory body fired at a normal firing temperature can be regulated for use in service at a higher temperature by the addition of a definite quantity of a water-soluble compound of sulfur. Compounds of sulfur that are insoluble in water are not effective for this process. The process is relatively inexpensive and can be applied to any standard refractory manufacturing procedure.  相似文献

本文对五种不同含量ZrO_2增韧Al_2O_3陶瓷在磨粒磨损条件下的耐磨性进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,ZrO_2增韧Al_2O_3陶瓷的磨损机理不同于金属,它并不是简单的显微切削机理或犁沟机理,其耐磨性与陶瓷的硬度和弹性模量没有单调的依赖关系,而与材料的断裂韧性和抗弯强度呈现比较一致的趋向关系。扫描电镜对摩擦表面和抗弯断口的对比观测表明,ZrO_2增韧Al_2O_3陶瓷磨损破坏机理属于一次性脆性断裂机理。因此,欲提高该陶瓷的耐磨性应当着重于提高陶瓷的韧性和强度。利用ZrO_2的马氏体相变,可望提高陶瓷的韧性和强度,故可望提高Al_2O_3基陶瓷的耐磨性。  相似文献

Conclusions The wear of the Chasov-Yar ladle brick was less than that of bricks made by the other factories; its average resistance for the five ladles was 13.3 melts.The average wear of the ladle brick made by the Zaporozh Plant exceeded the wear of the Chasov-Yar brick. The average resistance of this brick for the five ladles was 13.2 melts.The wear of the ladle brick made at the Belokamen Firebrick Plant is uniform, with only slight washing-out of the joints. The surface of the ladle after service was smooth and glazed.Examining all the materials tested during the competition the award panel awarded: first place in the compeitition to the Chasov-Yar Combine; second place to the Zaporozh Plant; third place to the Belokamen Plant.On the basis of material on the technology for the manufacture of ladle bricks used in the plants taking part in the competition, and also the service factors of the products during competitive testing, and on the basis of proposals from the All-Union, Ukraine and Vostok Institutes of Refractories for improving the quality of ladle brick, the award panel of the competition made the following recommendations for further improving the quality of ladle bricks:scientific-research institutes for refractories in collaboration with factory producers should carry out tests of fired ladle bricks made from chamotte and semiacid bodies, kaolinized and high-alumina raw materials and unfired products, and also should test linings made from rammed bodies in ladles of different capacities in different conditions of service;concerns should specialize in the manufacture of ladle bricks and install modern grinding, blending and pressing equipment;the assortment of bricks should be reexamined and the sizes of ladle bricks should be increased with the aim of reducing the number of joints in the structure;output of adequate supplies of high-grade special packaged mortars should be ensured.  相似文献

用环-块摩擦磨损试验机在室温下研究了莫来石弥散钇稳定四方氧化锆多晶陶瓷(mullite dispersed yttria stabillized tetragonal zirconia polycrystal,MDZ)与高铬铸铁(high chromium cast iron,HCCI)摩擦副在2%(质量分数)SiO2磨粒的5%NaOH溶液中的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:载荷在100-500N范围内,含15%(质量分数,下同)莫来石的15 MDZ复合陶瓷的耐磨性明显优于20 MDZ(含有20%莫来石)。载荷500N下,虽然3Y-TZP(yttria stabillized tetragonal zirconia polycrystal,含3%摩尔分数氧化钇)中弥散15%莫来石后力学性能下降,但耐磨性提高。柱状莫来石对耐磨性的主要贡献是:具有承载作用;阻碍裂纹扩展;折断的柱状莫来石的“滚针轴承”作用减轻磨擦副之间的摩擦磨损。MDZ复合陶瓷的主要磨损机制为微观犁削和柱状莫来石晶粒脱落。  相似文献
