构筑全新培训文化 提升企业教育水平

美国培训与发展协会(ASTD)提出“培训文化”的概念,说它是衡量企业培训工作完整性的工具,是考察企业培训发展状况的标志。如果入世后企业培训工作也要与国际接轨的话,我们应尽早使用世界通用的标准来衡量自己,以做到知己知彼,百战不殆。

本文结合长庆石油勘探局的实际以及美国培训与发展协会提出的“培训文化”,论述了培训文化的特征、培训文化的衡量因素,以及企业(长庆石油勘探局)加强培训文化建设的措施。

更好的“走出去”培训能做些什么

培训工作是"走出去"必不可少的重要环节,大庆钻探井控培训中心作为东三省唯一拥有IADC(国际钻井承包商协会)双重培训资质(IADC井控、IADC钻机HSE)的培训机构,在服务"走出去"方面做了大量工作。本文围绕当前形势,针对海外培训工作,从机构建设、教学科研和教务服务三个方面展开简要分析。

引入体验式培训理念 持续创新管理培训方法

近年来,中国石油的海外业务快速发展。为了建设一支与海外业务快速发展相适应的国际化人才队伍,中油集团公司加大了国际化人才的培训和相应课程的研发力度,并通过持续创新培训方法提高培训质量和效果。笔者将体验式培训的理念引入管理类培训中,探索了"团队建设式"、"游戏式"、"录像回放式"三种培训方法。

近两年来,国际流量测量界所召开的最重大的学术会议主要有两个：一个是2001年5月7－10日在苏格兰Peebles召开的“2001国际流量测量学术会议”。该会议由NEL主办,会议的主题是：“在工业各领域中创造效率”。另一个是2002年4月7－10日在美国首都华盛顿附近的Arlington召开的“第5届国际流体流量测量学术会议”,在此次学术会议的前后还在同一地点召开了ISO／TC30／SC2,ISO／TC30／SC5,ISO／TC30／SC9的工作会议以及CIPM／CCM／WGFF流量工作组的第3次会议。以上两次国际学术会议,ISO／TC30在分委员会的会议和WGFF的会议的主要议题,集中反映了当今国际流量测量技术的最新水平,并展示了流量测量技术的发展趋势及主要方向。中介绍了国外流量测量技术的若干动向。     

开创深远国际影响的援外培训——发展中国家政府官员研修项目介绍

援外培训是国家商务部培训中心在干部教育培训中一项具有特色的工作，将培训与我国的外交事业紧密联系在一起。援外人力资源开发合作，不仅是实现我国对外援助的重要方式，也为我国开展新时期外交工作奠定了人文交流的基础。优质的援外培训工作具有深远的国际影响。

The 5th International Conference on Stability and Handling of Liquid Fuels was held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands October 3-7,1994. A number of petroleum companies, national petroleum stockpiling agencies, academe, government, research institutes, and additive manufacturers were represented by more than 200 attendees from 28 nations worldwide. The conference was chaired by Harry N. Giles of the U.S. Department of Energy. Fifty-five papers were presented in 12 technical sessions with an additional ten posters included in a separate session. Topics included jet and other middle distillate fuels, microbiology, long-term and strategic storage, expert systems, gasoline, test methods, and environmentally-friendly fuels.

The conference was chaired by Harry N. Giles of the U.S. Department of Energy. Fifty-five papers were presented in 12 technical sessions with an additional ten posters included in a separate session. Topics included jet and other middle distillate fuels, microbiology, long-term and strategic storage, expert systems, gasoline, test methods, and environmentally-friendly fuels.     

An international future for standards of HACCP training

The 4th International Meeting of the Noordwijk Food Safety Forum in March 2001 concluded with a workshop on 17th March 2001. The workshop’s aim was to consider ways of building upon the WHO’s 1995 Report on the training aspects of HACCP. It reviewed the report, the principal features of training design and examined the practical aspects of standardising HACCP training globally. It found that such a project would be feasible. However, it acknowledged that the support and backing of the WHO, FAO and national governments were an essential prerequisite for success.     

Food standards, chemicals in food and food trade

Food standards, chemicals in food and food trade were the three related topics considered by the international conference organized jointly by the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). The conference, held in the FAO headquarters in Rome from 18–27 March 1991, brought together delegations from over 70 countries to discuss the issues raised and to provide guidance for the sponsoring organizations as to the direction of their future work. The conference was of major importance for the organizers and, through them, the Codex Alimentarius Commision (CAC). However, it is important to appreciate that the conference took no actual decisions about future work. It was an advisory meeting and so any decisions will be taken by other bodies after considering the recommendations made.     

综合物化探技术发展概要--第73届SEG年会及展览观感

该文作者从物化探专业技术人员及与会人员的角度，介绍了第73届SEG年会的概况，并阐述了本届会议暨展览的技术发展动向。     

酸性气藏气体偏差系数计算模型

应用传统经典状态方程计算酸性气藏天然气混合物物性参数会带来较大偏差,以文献［１２］提供的实验室测试数据为基础,采用未校正的DPR模型、HY模型、DAK模型、Sarem模型和HTP模型,以及GXQ校正法和WA校正法,计算了酸性气藏气体偏差系数,并与实验测试值进行对比,评价出酸性气藏气体偏差系数计算模型的适应性。研究结果表明：①酸性气体的偏差系数校正计算模型由于考虑了酸性组分对混合物临界压力和温度的影响,其计算精度普遍高于未校正计算模型;②GXQ校正法是在高压气体混合物规则基础建立的,其计算误差高于WA校正法;③DPR模型和DAK模型结合WA校正方法计算低压酸性混合气体偏差系数较为准确,其次是HY模型,而采用Beggs & Brill模型、Sarem模型和HTP模型误差较大,不适于计算酸性气体的偏差系数。     

Energy and the Environment: Outlook—Sunspot Data May Indicate End of Global Warming Trend

In November 2013, yet another climate conference was held, this time in Warsaw. Like the United Nations Doha conference the previous year, the Warsaw conference devolved into a demand by less-developed nations for climate “reparations” from developed nations, principally the United States. The demanders include China and India, which are the number-one and number-four carbon emitters, respectively. In fact, China led a walkout of 132 developing nations from the Warsaw conference to protest the lack of climate reparations. Nevertheless, the conference was a resounding success, assuming success to be an agreement by participating nations to publish intended carbon emissions reductions before the gabfest to be held in Paris in the fall of 2015.
