海风藤中有PAF拮抗活性的苯骈呋喃类新木脂素   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5

自福建产中药海风藤(Piper kadsura (Choisy)Ohwi)的藤茎中又分得5个苯骈呋喃类新木脂素,经光谱分析(UV,IR,MS,NMR,CD)和衍生物制备,确定化合物Ⅱ和Ⅴ为新结构。Ⅱ为化合物denudatin B的对映体,命名为(-)-denudatin B,V为7S,8S-3,4,3′-三甲氧基-7′-氧-缺8′,9′-7.O.4,′8.5′-新木脂素,命名为风藤素M(kadsurenin M)。化合物Ⅰ,Ⅲ和Ⅳ分别为已知化合物海风藤酮(Ⅰ),(-)-acuminatin(Ⅲ)和(+)-licarin A(Ⅳ)。PAF受体结合实验证明,(-)-denudatin B也具有较强的PAF拮抗活性。  相似文献

目的研究松科(Pinaceae)植物马尾松(PINUS MASSONIANA Lamb.)松针(pine needles)的化学成分。方法利用DIAION HP-20,TOYOPEARL HW-40等色谱技术分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据(UV,IR,MS,1H-1<>/supH COSY,HMQC,DEPT,HMBC和ORD等)进行结构鉴定。结果从马尾松松针水煎液的正丁醇萃取部位分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为化合物4(massonianoside A):(7S,8R)-3,4,9′-三羟基-3-甲氧基-7,8-二氢苯并呋喃-1′-丙醇基新木脂素-9-o-α-L-鼠李糖苷;化合物5(massonianoside C):(7S,8R)-9,9′-二羟基-3,3′-二甲氧基-7,8-二氢苯并呋喃-1′-丙醇基新木脂素-4-o-α-L-鼠李糖苷;化合物6(cedrusin-4-o-β-glucoside):(7S,8R)-3,9,9′-三羟基-3-甲氧基-7,8-二氢苯并呋喃-1′-丙醇基新木脂素-4-o-β-D-葡糖苷。结论化合物4和5为新化合物。  相似文献

目的 研究松科植物马尾松(P.massoniana Lamb .)松针的化学成分。方法 利用色谱技术分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从马尾松针水煎液的正丁醇部位分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为:莽草酸(shikimicacid ,1) ,cedrusin [(7S ,8R)-3′,4 ,9,9′-四羟基-3- 甲氧基-7,8-二氢苯并呋喃-1′-丙醇基新木脂素,2],massonianoside B [(7S ,8R)-3 ,9,9′-三羟基-3-甲氧基-7,8-二氢苯并呋喃-1′-丙醇基新木脂素-4-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷,3]。结论 化合物3为新化合物,化合物1和2是首次从本植物中分离得到。  相似文献

自胡椒科胡椒属植物樟叶胡椒(Piper polysyphorum C. DC)中分离到六个新木脂素(neolignans)类化合物,经光谱(UV,IR,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,2D-NMR,CD)分析及衍生物制备,确定Ⅱ为新化合物,即threo-△7-7-羟基-3,4,5,3′,5′-五甲氧基-8-O-4′-新木脂素,为一对对映体,命名为樟叶素(polysyphorin),Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ为新的对映体,分別为(+)-virolongin,(+)-grandisin及(+)-lancifolin D.化合物Ⅴ为南藤素(wallichinine),Ⅵ为山蒟素D(hancinone D)。血小板活化因子(PAF)受体结合实验及PAF引起的血小板聚集实验证明化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ具有明显的抑制活性。  相似文献

目的研究松科(Pinaceae)植物马尾松(P.massoniana Lamb.)松针(pine needles)水煎液中的化学成分。方法利用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40和硅胶等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从马尾松针水煎液镇痛作用较强的正丁醇萃取部位分离得到3个木脂素类化合物,其化学结构分别确定为化合物7(massonianoside D): (7S,8r)-4,9′-二羟基-3,3′-二甲氧基-7,8-二氢苯骈呋喃-1′-丙醇基新木脂素-9-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷;化合物8(异落叶松脂素):4,4′,9,9′-四羟基-3,3′-二甲氧基-7-苯基四氢萘木脂素;化合物9(异落叶松脂素-9-O-木糖苷):4,4′,9′-三羟基-3,3′-二甲氧基-7-苯基四氢萘木脂素-9-O-β-D-木糖苷。结论化合物7为新化合物,化合物8,9为首次从本植物中分离得到。  相似文献

目的研究南柴胡根中的木脂素苷类化学成分。方法应用色谱方法分离化合物,利用化学方法和波谱方法鉴定所得化合物的化学结构。结果从南柴胡根中得到两个木脂素苷:2,3-E-2,3-二氢-2-(3′-甲氧基-4′-O-β-D-葡糖基-苯基)-3-羟甲基-5-(3″-羟基-丙烯基)-7-甲氧基-1-苯骈-[b]-呋喃(1)和2,3-E-2,3-二氢-2-(3′-甲氧基-4′-羟基-苯基)-3-羟甲基-5-(3″-羟基-丙烯基)-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-1-苯骈-[b]-呋喃(2),二者均为(+)2S,3R型和(-)2R,3S型非对映异构体的混合物,且都以(+)2S,3R型的量稍多。结论化合物1和2均为首次从柴胡属植物中分离得到,其中化合物2中的(+)2S,3R-2,3-二氢-2-(3′-甲氧基-4′-羟基-苯基)-3-羟甲基-5-(3″-羟基-丙烯基)-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-1-苯骈-[b]-呋喃为新化合物。  相似文献

目的研究香榧假种皮中的化学成分。方法采用色谱技术分离纯化,自85%乙醇提取物中分得3个木脂素化合物,应用光谱技术(IR,EI-MS,1HNMR,13CNMR,DEPT,2D-NMR),确定了它们的化学结构。结果3个化合物分别为松脂素(I),二氢脱水二聚松柏醇(II),(7,8-cis-8,8′-trans)-2′,4′-二羟基-3,5-二甲氧基-落叶松脂素(III)。结论 以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分得,其中III为一新化合物。  相似文献

目的研究糙叶败酱(Patrinia scabra Bge.)中的木脂素类化学成分。方法应用柱色谱HPLC法分离纯化,通过光谱(IR,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR,DEPT,HMQC和HMBC)鉴定其化学结构。结果和结论分离并鉴定了4个木脂素类化合物,分别鉴定为:落叶松脂醇(1),4-[1-乙氧基-1-(4′-羟基-3′-甲氧基)苯基]甲基-2-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基)苯基-3-羟甲基四氢呋喃(2),异落叶松树脂酚(3),去甲络石糖苷(4)。化合物2为新的木脂素,化合物3,4为首次从该属植物中分得。  相似文献

从胡椒科植物山蒟(Piper hancei Maxim)中分得两个新木脂素成分(Ⅰ,Ⅱ)及三个生物碱(Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ)。Ⅰ经光谱(IR,UV,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR,APT-13SCNMR,2 D-HNMR)分析等证明其结构为rel-(7 S,8 S,1′R,3′S,4′R)-1′烯丙基-7-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-4′-羟基-5′-甲氧基-8-甲基-2′-氧双环[3.2.1]辛-5′-烯,为新结构,命名为山蒟醇(hancinol)。经光谱鉴定Ⅱ为burchellin,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ分别为风藤酰胺(futoamide)、荜拨明宁碱(piperlonguminine)和N-异丁基-反-2-反~4-癸二烯酰胺。后四种均首次从该植物中得到。  相似文献

Two new rhamnopyranosides of neolignans, (7S,8R)-4,9,5',9'-tetrahydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan-7-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (1) and (7S,8R)-4,9,9'-trihydroxy-3,3',5'-trimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan-7-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (2), together with a known compound (7S,8R)-4,7,9,9'-tetrahydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan (3), were isolated from the 80% EtOH extract of the roots of Sanguisorba officinalis. Their structures were characterized by spectroscopic analysis including 1D NMR, 2D NMR, and HR-ESI-MS, and chemical method.  相似文献

Two new neolignans, (+)-(7R,8R)-4-hydroxy-3,3',5'-trimethoxy-8',9'-dinor-8,4'- oxyneoligna-7,9-diol-7'-aldehyde (1) and (?-?)-(7S,8R)-4-hydroxy-3,3',5'-trimethoxy-8', 9'-dinor-8,4'-oxyneoligna-7,9-diol-7'-aldehyde (2), were isolated from the stems of Euonymus oblongifolius. 6-Aminocoumarin on treatment with oxalyl chloride gives coumarinyl-6-isocynate (1a-c) which on treatment with glycine gives 1H-3-[2'-oxo-2'H-benzopyran-6'-yl]-5-imidazolidine-2, 4-dione (2a-c). (2a-c) when refluxed with o-chlorobenzaldehyde, m-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde and 3-nitrobenzaldehyde separately gives 1H-5-(2"-chlorobenzylidene)-3-(2'-oxo-2'H-benzopyran-6'-yl) imidazolidine-2,4-dione (3a-c), 1H-5-(3"-hydroxybenzylidene)-3-(2'-oxo-2'H-benzopyran-6'-yl) imidazolidine-2,4-dione (4a-c), 1H-5-(3",4"-dimethoxybenzylidene)-3-(2'-oxo-2'H-benzopyran-6'-yl) imidazolidine-2,4-dione (5a-c) and 1H-5-(3"-nitrobenzylidene)-3-(2'-oxo-2'H-benzopyran-6'-yl) imidazolidine-2,4-dione (6a-c), respectively. 3-(2"-Chlorophenyl)-3a,4-dihydro-6-(2'-oxo-2'H-benzopyran-6'-yl) imidazo[4,5-c]isoxazol-5-one 7a-c is obtained from (3a-c) and hydroxylamine hydrochloride while 2,3a,4-trihydro-3-(3"-hydroxyphenyl)-6-(2'-oxo-2'H-benzopyran-6'-yl) imidazo[4,5-c]pyrazol-5-one (8a-c) obtained by reaction of (4a-c) with hydrazine hydrate. Compound (5a-c) on treatment with urea gives 5,7-dihydro-2-hydroxy-6-(3",4"-dimethoxyphenyl)-9-(2'-oxo-2'H-benzopyran-6'-yl) purin-8-one (9a-c) and compound (6a-c) on treatment with thiourea gives 5,7-dihydro-2-mercapto-6-(3"-nitrophenyl)-9-(2'-oxo-2'H-benzopyran-6'-yl)purin-8-one (10a-c). The structures of the compounds have been established on the basis of spectral analytical data. All the compounds have been screened for their antimicrobial activities against three bacterial strains S. aureus, S. typhi and E. coli. Compounds 2b, 3b, 4b, 5b, 6b, 7b, 8b, 9b and 10b with the presence of methyl groups at C7' and C8' of coumarin moiety were found to be more active than others.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of the ethanolic extract of the whole plants of Geum japonicum Thunb. var. chinense F. Bolle yielded four new compounds: 20 β,28-epoxy-28-hydroxytaraxasteran-3 β-ol (1), (7R,8R)-4-hydroxy-9'-O-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-3,3',5'-trimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan (2), (7R,8S)-4-hydroxy-9'-O-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-3,3',5'-trimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan (3), and (7S,8S)-5-methoxycupressoside A (4), as well as 40 other known compounds. Structures were elucidated by physical, chemical, and spectroscopic methods, including 1D and 2D NMR, HRESIMS, and CD experiments. The taraxasterane-type triterpene (1) and lignans (2- 6) are reported for the first time from the GEUM genus. Moreover, all compounds were evaluated for anti-inflammatory activities against NO production in RAW264.7 macrophages, and only moderate activities were detected.  相似文献

Chromatographic purification of the methanolic extract of Plumeria obtusa yielded two new iridoid obtusadoids A (1) and B (2), along with eight known compounds plumieridin A (3), plumieridine (4), 1α-plumieride (5), 15-demethylplumieride (6), rel-(3R,3'S,4R,4'S)-3,3',4,4'-tetrahydro-6,6'-dimethoxy[3,3'-bi-2H-benzopyran]-4,4'-diol (7), glochiflavanoside B (8), oleanolic acid (9), and methyl coumarate (10). The structures of all the isolates (1-10) were determined by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The data of known compounds (3-10) were further compared with the reported data for these compounds.  相似文献

A new neolignan, named simplidin was isolated from the the n-butanol extract of stem of Firmiana simplex, together with six known compounds, scopoletin (1), syrigaresinol (2), aquillochin (3), nitidanin (4), tamarixetin 3-rhamnoside (6), and quercitrin (7). On the basis of spectral and chemical evidence, simplidin (5) was determined to be rel-(7R,8R)-4,5,9,9'-tetrahydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-7-O-5',8-O-4'-neolignan. All the six compounds were also isolated for the first time from this plant.  相似文献

目的研究药用植物鹰爪Artabotrys hexapetalus (L.f.)Bhandari的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从鹰爪种子分得4种木脂素:异洋商陆素A(isoamericaninA,1)、异洋商陆醇A(isoamericaninolA,2)、洋商陆素B(americaninB,3)、鹰爪木脂醇(artabotrycinol,4),以及(R)-鹰爪三醇[(R)-artabotriol,5]、棕榈酸(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)和胡萝卜苷(8)等。结论鹰爪木脂醇(4)和鹰爪三醇(5)为新化合物,其余3种木脂素为首次从该植物分得。  相似文献

Three new 9,10-dihydrophenanthrene derivatives named phoyunnanins A-C, together with six known 9,10-dihydrophenanthrene constituents, 4,4',7,7'-tetrahydroxy-2,2'-dimethoxy-9,9',10,10'-tetrahydro-1,1'-biphenanthrene (4), lusianthridin (5), eulophiol (6), 2,4,7-trihydroxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (7) and imbricatin (8), were isolated from the 60% ethanolic extract of air-dried whole plant of Pholidota yunnanensis Rolfe. The structures of phoyunnanins A-C were established as 6-[2'-(3',3'-dihydroxy-5'-methoxybibenzy)]-4,7-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (1), 6-[6'-(trans-3',3'-dihydroxy-5'-methoxystilbeny)]-4,7-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (2) and 4,4',7,7'-tetrahydroxy-2,2'-dimethoxy-9,9',10,10'-tetrahydro-1,6'-biphenanthrene (3), respectively, on the basis of the spectroscopic analysis. All eight compounds (1-8) were found to show the DPPH free radical scavenging activity with EC50 from 8.8 to 55.9 μM.  相似文献

The alpha-beta-unsaturated ketones of 3-arylsydnones (Ia-y) were treated with 1,2-phenylenediamine to obtain the 3-aryl-4-[2'-aryl- 2',4',6',7'-tetrahydro-(1'H)-1',5'-benzodiazepine-4'-yl]sydnones (IIa-y) in high yield. All the new compounds synthesised were screened for antibacterial and antifungal activities.  相似文献
