研究了16MnR钢板几种常见类型的表面裂纹。对裂纹显微特征的分析表明,钢板上的这些表面裂纹不是组织转变或钢质不良引起的裂纹,而是板坯表面残留的不同形态表面缺陷经加热→轧制演变的结果。通过对初轧坯→钢板表面裂纹跟踪试验和试验板的裂纹分析证实了上述判断。 相似文献

一、前言 1989年,武钢轧板厂生产的16MnR钢板,由于表面产生“裂纹”缺陷,造成厂内判废约790t,同时,引起江西九江四九一厂和珠海用1000m~3球罐质量异议,给16MnR钢板的使用造成不良影响。为查清“裂纹”产生的原因,我们通过对用户使用过程的质量调查和对该缺陷在钢板表面分布状况的分析,然后在厂内挑选七块初轧坯,进行缺陷的重现性跟踪试验。试验结果表明:16MnR 相似文献

40Cr10Si2Mo钢Φ6.5mm线材产品经过调质处理和矫直研磨后,发现磨光棒表面存在表面裂纹。通过进行40Cr10Si2Mo钢淬火回火模拟试验,得出造成40Cr10Si2Mo钢线材表面出现裂纹的原因为线材热轧后冷却时间短,冷却速度快,热轧线材表面存在较大的残余应力,从而形成表面裂纹。通过对40Cr10Si2Mo钢的生产工艺进行了优化改进,包括延长斯太尔摩辊道缓冷时间,终轧温度和吐丝温度由原来的900~950℃和850~900℃均调整为800~850℃,线材轧制后24 h内退火,从而避免了40Cr10Si2Mo钢线材表面裂纹的产生。 相似文献

通过扭转疲劳试验,研究了15Cr14Co12Mo5Ni2钢的扭转疲劳断裂的裂纹扩展行为和夹杂物尺寸与扭转疲劳寿命之间的关系。得到了钢的扭转疲劳极限强度和[τ-N]曲线,15Cr14Co12Mo5Ni2钢的扭转疲劳极限强度为350 MPa,扭转疲劳寿命分散度较大。通过断口观察,发现15Cr14Co12Mo5Ni2钢的疲劳破坏模式以表面破坏和近表面破坏为主,主要由氧化物夹杂引起。通过计算应力强度因子[ΔK]和裂纹扩展门槛值[ΔKth]分析15Cr14Co12Mo5Ni2钢的疲劳裂纹扩展的断裂力学条件,试验钢在断裂过程中受载荷情况为,II型载荷—I型载荷—II型载荷—I+II型载荷,分别对应起裂源区、纤维区、疲劳裂纹扩展区和瞬断区;当有大裂纹产生时,则不会产生纤维区,受载荷情况则为:II型载荷—I+II型载荷。通过公式推导和数据拟合得到夹杂物尺寸和15Cr14Co12Mo5Ni2钢扭转疲劳寿命的关系,发现随着夹杂物尺寸减小,钢的[τ-N]曲线向高寿命区移动。当引起裂纹萌生的夹杂物尺寸小于5 μm时,在350 MPa应力下,15Cr14Co12Mo5Ni2钢的扭转疲劳寿命超过107循环周次。 相似文献

The flexural fatigue properties of 40Cr15Mo2VN high nitrogen bearing steel at 200?? was 883MPa, which was 17% lower than that at room temperature. The results show that the types of fatigue failure are surface failure initiation and internal non- metallic inclusion. Compared with room temperature, the threshold value of fatigue stress intensity factor ??Kth at 200?? decreases by 20%, leading to the reduction of the critical non- metallic inclusion size at the start of fatigue crack initiation. The interaction of small cracks near the fatigue source in the surface initiation cracks at 200?? increases the stress intensity factor KI and accelerates the initial surface crack propagation. At the same time, according to the ratio of the nominal stress amplitude and the ultimate fatigue strength of the non- metallic inclusions in the high- nitrogen bearing steel, the influence of the size, position and temperature of the non- metallic inclusions on the fatigue life was analyzed. 相似文献

济钢中厚板厂投产调试以来,在轧制厚度32~50 mmQ345B过程中,钢板边部裂纹频繁发生,成为影响钢板质量的重要因素。通过对厚板边裂的金相分析和对比试验,发现连铸坯的角部横向裂纹(角横裂)是钢板边裂缺陷的起源。结合济钢新建厚板连铸机的生产情况,分析了板坯角横裂的形成原因,根据实际工艺条件,采取针对性的措施后,钢板表面边裂的发生率大幅度降低。 相似文献

FAS2225钢(/%:0.26C,0.35Si,1.99Mn,0.013P,0.046S,0.54Cr,0.12V,0.02Mo,0.08Ni,0.0012O,0.0070N)的生产流程为铁水预处理-60t顶底复吹转炉-LF-VD-300mm×360mm坯连铸-连轧。在215mm×213mm轧坯上出现中心开裂形成孔洞。经分析得出,加热速度过快及温度梯度过大产生的热应力和组织应力使连铸坯发生开裂造成轧制过程孔洞缺陷。通过预热段加热温度从900℃降至750℃,延长加热时间、温度梯度从△200℃降至△100℃有效遏制了孔洞缺陷的产生。 相似文献

To improve the current grinding procedure of the back-up roll of CVC hot rolling mills so that the back-up roll service life can be extended, the crack initiation and propagation behavior of medium carbon bainitic back-up roll steel was investigated, a kind of asperity-scale, surface originated vertical short cracks occurred at 5 × 10^2 -1 × 10^4 cycles. Theoretical analysis indicated that the maximum tensile stress occurring at the back edge of the contact of asperities keeps at above 1 347. 97 MPa, and ratcheting and cyclic plastic deformation take place at such sites within 1 × 10^4 cycles. The early initiation of the vertical short cracks is caused by the asperity contact. According to the crack initiation mechanism, short crack behavior and preventive grinding strategy, steel consumption can be reduced considerably by decreasing the surface roughness and removing the asperity influenced surface thin layer at about 70%-80% of the surface distress life. 相似文献
