| 摘 要： | 目的:探索放射性阴道损伤的治疗方法。方法:将60例Ⅱb-Ⅲb宫颈癌放疗患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予双氧水联合双料喉风散治疗，1次/d。对照组常规消毒后给予洁尔阴冲洗，1次/d。结果:治疗组总有效率93.3%，对照组总有效率73.3%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论:采用双氧水联合双料喉风散能有效预防和控制放射性阴道损伤，提高患者放疗效果和生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the treatment of radioactive vaginal injury.Methods:Sixty cases of Ⅱb- Ⅲb in radiotherapy of cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group was treated with hydrogen peroxide combined with Houfengsan,1f/d.The control group after routine disinfection given Jieeryin irrigation,1f/d.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,which was 73.3% in control group,there was significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Hydrogen peroxide combined with Houfengsan is effective preventive method for radioactive injury of vagina,can improve the effect and quality of life in patients. |
