摘    要:目的 检测PI3K在食管鳞癌及正常食管中的表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化的方法检测56例食管癌组织及20例正常食管组织中PI3K基因的表达,分析肿瘤组织中的PI3K表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果 PI3K蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率为78.6%(44/56),在正常食管组织的阳性表达率为15.0%(3/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PI3K表达与食管癌发生发展及侵袭转移有关,可作为评价食管鳞癌生物学行为的指标。

Abstract:Objective To detectthe PI3K expression in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the normal esophageal tissues, and to explore its clinical significance.Methods Using immunohistochemical methods, the PI3K gene expression in 56 cases of tumor tissues and 20 cases of normal esophageal tissues were detected, together with association analysis of tumor tissue PI3K expression with clinical pathological characteristics.Results The positive expression rate of PI3K protein in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 78.6%(44/56), while the positive rate was 15.0%(3/20) in the normal esophageal tissues, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PI3K over-expression play san important role in the carcinogenesis, progression, invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma, and could be used as a valuable biomarker to evaluate biological characteristics of esophageal carcinoma.
