摘    要:目的探讨Tregs对同种异体牙移植术后免疫排斥反应的抑制作用,提供一种免疫移植方法。方法免疫抑制剂Tregs给予白鼠尾巴静脉注射1周,建立白鼠同种异体牙移植模型,术后观察移植牙存活、排异发生率及程度。结果同种异体牙均诱发免疫排斥反应,但Tregs注射后免疫排斥反应的时间缓慢,组织切片存活时间显著延长(P<0.01)。结论使用免疫抑制剂是预防同种异体牙移植免疫排斥反应的有效方案,可以使同种异体牙移植免疫排斥反应延迟,存活时间延长。

Abstract:Objective To research the suppression effect of immunosuppressive function in teeth allotransplantation,and find an effective therapic strategy of immune suppression.Methods All kinds of graft teeth transplan-tation activated immune rejection.Tregs was injected into murin tail vein.One weeks after the injection,the corneal teeth allograft tansplantation.Then the survival rates of transplanted teeth,the incidence rate of rejecton.Results After Tregs injection the corneal allograft rejection was delayed,and the survival time of grafts was prolonged.The mean survival time of Tregs injection group was(40.52±1.23)d(P<0.01).Conclusion The combined of Tregs prednisone scheme is effective therapeutic strategy to prevent rejection after teeth allotransplantation,in which the corneal allograft rejection is delayed and the allograft survival time is prolonged.
