温阳法在辨证治疗髌骨软化症中的运用

目的观察温阳法治疗髌骨软化症的效果。方法运用广东省名中医苏培基教授的温阳经验方“温阳汤”内服和局部熏洗，每天1剂，并于患膝选穴进行温针灸，每周2次，30min／次，治疗髌骨软化症。4周为1个疗程，3个疗程后进行疗效判定。结果总疗效评定：临床控制28例，显效16例，有效8例，无效4例，总有效率为92．8％；所有患者随访1年，复发5例，复发率为8．9％。结论运用温阳法为基本治法辨证治疗髌骨软化症能够取得良好的临床效果，可推广运用。

Warmingyang method used in the differentiation and treatment of chon- dromalacia patellae

Objective To observe the effect of warmingyang method treating chondromalacia patellae. Methods Warm- ingyang decoction of empirical formula of professor SU Pei-ji who is famous doctor of TCM in Guangdong province was used and was taken orally and topical fumigation with a dialy dose combined with the needle warming through moxi- bustion on affected knee for point selection,2 times every week and 30 mins every time to treat chondromalacia patel- lae,A course lasted for 4 weeks,and the curative effect was evaluated after 3 course. Results Evaluation of the total ef- ficacy：28 cases were clinical controlled,16 cases were significantly effective,8 cases were effective,and only 4 cases were of no effect,and the total effective rate was 92. 9%.;All patients were followed up for 1 year,5 cases recurred,the recurrence rate was 8.9%. Conclusion Based on the basic treatment method of warmingyang method to treat dialecti- cally chondromalacia patellae can obtain a good clinical efficacy and it can be promoted and applied.
