性病疑病症患者的心理特征分析

目的:测定性病疑病症患者的心理特征及其影响因素。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),测定50例性病疑病症患者的心理健康状况特点,并以国内常模作为对照。结果:性病疑病症患者SCL-90中,躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执等因子分值均显著高于国内常模,P<0.01。结论:性病疑病症患者存在明显的心理异常,提示在门诊上处理该病患者时应密切注意观察患者的心理状况变化,进行相应的心理治疗。

Analysis on the Psychological State of Patients Suffered from Venereal Hypochondriasis

Objects: To survey the psychological state of patients suffered from venereal hypochondriasis and its influence factors.Methods: We use symptom checklist(SCL-90) to evaluate the mental health character and its influence factors of 50 patients suffered from venereal hypochondriasis,constructing with that of the Chinese normals.Results: In the SCL-90,The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation are obviously higher than healthy people,P<0.01.Conclusion: Generally,the psychological status of patients suffered from venereal hypochondriasis is worth concerning.While we are treating the patients,we should pay attention to the patients' mental change and give corresponding cure in psychology.
