| 摘 要： | 目的了解宫内节育器(IUD)适宜技术在基层的培训、使用情况,分析在此过程中存在的问题及影响推广应用的因素。方法对参与适宜技术推广的2个省10个示范县的相关人员进行问卷调查,并选取部分对象进行小组座谈和个人深入访谈。结果培训对象基层工作经验丰富,但学历及专业技术资格不高;技术选择具有倾向性;与传统的IUD相比,新型IUD技术集体培训效果不明显;技术价格、政策及技术人员和服务对象的选择偏好会影响IUD技术的推广应用。结论 IUD适宜技术的培训及使用过程需进一步优化。
