摘    要:20例健康受试者分别接受单不饱和脂肪酸饮食、多不饱和脂肪酸饮食、饱和脂肪酸饮食3d,单不饱和脂肪酸可以改善机体的氧化应激状态,从而改善胰岛素敏感性.

Abstract:Twenty healthy subjects in each of 3 groups were fed with monounsaturated fatty-acid diet,polyunsaturated fatty-acid diet, or saturated fatty-acid diet separately for 3 days. It suggested that monounsaturated fatty-acids may ameliorate the oxidative stress and improve insulin sensitivity.
