摘    要:通过单根膜组件的工作状态研究,对不同电导率的电镀废水进行了RO膜处理,得出当非高压RO膜系统进水电导率尽量低于20 000μs.cm^-1,进水压力尽量高于1.6 MPa时可取得较高的经济效能,模拟了系统中任意1支膜和整个膜系统的产水流量公式,计算结果与中试实验数据进行对比,两组数据基本吻合.通过工程实例考察了膜处理电镀废水的回用效率.

Abstract:According to research on the working state of single membrane and disposal of electroplating wastewater with different conductivity content with reverse osmosis membranes,the study showed that the economic performance is better when the conductivity of inlet is more than 20 000 μs·cm-1 and the pressure of inlet is more than 1.6 MPa.The simulative Permeate flow formula of random membrane or the system of membrane was summarized.Compared the calculated results with the actual data,they are thought similarly.Electroplating wastewater reuse efficiency was researched by engineering case.
