摘    要:利用光谱分析手段研究了熔融淬火法制备的Tm和Yb共掺杂的重金属氟化物玻璃ZrF4-BaF2-LaF3-AlF3-NaF的上转换发光性质.在980 nm连续激光的激发下,观察到了较强的363 nm(1D2→3H6),347nm(1I6→3F4)和291 nm(1I6→3H6)的紫外上转换发光,以及中心位于454 nm,4...

Abstract:In recent years, visible and ultraviolet solid state lasers have attracted many attentions due to the rapid growth of applications, such as full-color display, optical data storage and biomedical instrument. Among various optical materials, rare-earth-doped glass is a kind of promising media for planar optical amplifiers, lasers and UV upconversion fibers. The ultraviolet upconversion luminescence properties of the Tm3+ ion sensitized by the Yb3+ ion in fluoride glass as excited by a 980 nm CW diode laser was studied. Red, blue, and even ultraviolet emissions were observed with ZBLAN glass. The peaks at 291 nm, 347 nm, 363 nm, 454 nm, 475 nm, 643 nm, 687 nm, and 804 nm correspond to the transitions of 1I6→3H6, 1I6→3F4, 1D2→3H6, 1D2→3F4,1G4→3H6, 1G4→3F4, 3F3→3H6, and 3H4→3H6, respectively.
