摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法研究Zn^2+离子与槲皮素在乙醇溶液中形成螯合物量配比及螯合机理。通过定量的槲皮素、山萘酚、柚皮素乙醇溶液与Zn^2+离子作用,在426nm处测其溶液的吸光度,从而确定Zn^2+)离子与槲皮素的螯合比为2:1。且螯合位置发生在槲皮素分子3-羟基和4-羰基上与3′,4′-OH位置。

Abstract:The complex formation and stoichiometry in ethanol between of Zn(Ⅱ)-quercetin were studied by UV-spectrophotometry.Zn(Ⅱ) reacts with quercetin,and kaempferol to form complexes,the absorbance of complexes at 426nm was determined.The molar ratio of the complex is Zn(Ⅱ):Qu=2:1 with one chelating site:3-hydroxy and 4-carbonyl and the othere 3′,4′-dihydroxy.
