平面变形拉拔的上限解

摘    要:对平面变形拉拔问题建立了运动许可的连续速度扬并获得上限解析解。该解与以滑移线场得到解比较表明,两者接近。与Avitzur以柱坐标系的连续速度场得到的上限解相对比,当压下率ε<70%时,本文解法可得到更低的上限值。此外,利用本解法可得到不同拔制条件的上限值。

Abstract:A kinematically admissible continuous velocity field is established and applied to the plane strain due to drawing, and the upper-bound analytical solution is obtained. Compared with that using slip line field, the solution is almost the same, and can give even lower values thanAvitzur's when the reduction e<70%. Upper-bound solutions under different drawing condition can be obtained by using this method.
