影响差压变送器性能的实验研究

摘    要:通过实验研究分析了影响某型差压变送器性能的因素。从安装倾斜角度、环境温度、静态压力、流体温度等角度设计模拟实验,掌握了各因素对该型号差压变送器实际工作性能影响的大小和规律。实验结果表明本型号变送器实际工作性能不满足该测点的测量精度要求,通过选用实际工作性能更优的变送器将问题彻底解决,最后给出了变送器合理选型的建议。

Abstract:The factors having influence on the performance of certain type of differential pressure transducer used in Dayawan Nuclear Plant are researched and analyzed in this paper. From the view of installation angle, environment temperature, static pressure and fluid temperature, the simulation experiment is designed, which is help of finding out the key factors . Experimental results show that the actual working performance of the transducers can’t meet the requirements of measuring accuracy , and new type of differential pressure transducers with better performance is selected to solve the problem once and finally. The type-selection method of transducers is given too.
