摘    要:为了提高深井、超深井和气井等复杂井固井质量,研制了一种新型丁苯胶乳水泥浆体系。实验表明,加入丁苯胶乳后,水泥浆流变性增强,失水量降低,泥饼厚度减小;在75~130℃下,该水泥浆具有明显的直角稠化特性,有很好的防气窜效果;乳颗粒将覆盖在水泥颗粒表面,使水化反应延迟,固井水泥耐地层水侵蚀能力增强,电镜扫描图片显示丁苯胶乳水泥石内部具有较好的网状结构,提高了水泥密实性,脆度系数减小,柔韧性和抗压强度增强。目前已在胜利油田多口井应用,固井质量均为优质。

Abstract:A new kind of styrene butadiene latex cement slurry system is developed to enhance the cement job quality in deep well, uhradeep well and gas well. It is proved in lab that the styrene butadiene latex cement slurry with the latex joining has the characteristics of good rheological property, low fluid loss and thin cake thickness. The styrene butadiene latex slurry is proved to be capable of preventing gas break through between 75 - 130℃. The thickening curve with right angle which means short transition period and net structure inside cement is also found in lab. As a result, the flexibility and compressive resistance is relative high while the brittleness is quite low. It has been successfully used in large number of wells in Shengli Oilfield with excellent cement quality.
