基于感应电动机的永磁同步电动机的研制

摘    要:永磁同步电机作为主要的动力电机具有很好的应用前景。针对传统发动机对电机转速控制的响应速度慢、控制精度低的缺点以及AnsysSimploer软件自带电机模块的局限性,在永磁同步电机数学模型的基础上,创建了永磁同步电机(PMSM)模块,通过AnsysSimploer仿真软件,在永磁同步电机系统中进行仿真分析。通过对参数的调节得出了理想的输出曲线,验证了永磁同步电机模型的合理性、先进性及其控制算法的有效性,为永磁同步电机系统设计提供了理论基础和新的思路。

Abstract:Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) as the main power motor of motor has a good application prospect. Aiming at the shortcomings of slow response speed and low control precision of traditional engine to motor speed control and the limitation of the motor module in AnsysSimplor software, a self-defined permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) module was created based on the motor mathematical model. The simulation analysis was carried out in the permanent magnet synchronous motor system through AnsysSimplor simulation software. By adjusting the parameters, the ideal output curve is obtained, which verifies the rationality and advancement of the PMSM model and the effectiveness of its control algorithm. It provides a theoretical basis and new ideas for the design of PMSM control system and motor debugging.
