生物添加剂对全株玉米青贮饲料中黄曲霉毒素的影响

摘    要:黄曲霉毒素具有强烈的致畸、致突变性,对动物产品及人类危害极大。试验以乳酸菌、纤维素酶、乳酸菌+纤维素酶处理的全株玉米青贮料为材料,并设置对照,分析讨论3种添加剂处理方式对青贮饲料贮存过程中黄曲霉毒素含量的影响。试验首先通过pH测定判断出青贮料打开霉变的取样时间为青贮料打开后的第10天。结果表明:全株玉米原料中未检出黄曲霉毒素;全株玉米打开当天,对照组黄曲霉毒素显著高于纤维素酶处理组,而乳酸菌和乳酸菌+纤维素酶处理的青贮料均未检出黄曲霉毒素;青贮料打开后第10天,对照组霉菌毒素含量显著高于乳酸菌处理组和纤维素酶处理组,而且乳酸菌+纤维素酶处理组中仍未检出黄曲霉毒素含量。该试验表明,添加乳酸菌和纤维素酶对青贮饲料中黄曲霉毒素的产生存在抑制作用,且二者同时添加时效果最好。

Abstract:Aflatoxin is harmful to animal and humans because of its intense teratogenesis and mutagenicity.At first,the smapling time was determined by pH value test,that was the 10th day after the silages opened when the pH value was over than 5.0.Then the aflatoxin content of corn material and silages(good and mould)were determined.The result indicated that,there was no aflatoxin in corn material.When the silages were opened,the aflatoxin content of untreated silages was higher than that of treated silages.And the aflatoxin in the silages treated with lactic acid bacterial+cellulase was not observed.For the silages stayed for 10 days,the aflatoxin content of untreated silages was higher than that of treated silages,and was also not found in the treatment of lactic acid bacterial+cellulase.The results showed that,these two additives could reduce aflatoxin content,and the effect of adding both actic acid bacterial and cellulase was the best.
