油菜收获技术基础研究现状与展望

油菜收获技术是当前农业生产中急需解决的问题。为此,分析了国内外油菜收获技术基础研究现状,提出了今后基础研究的方向。国内外在油菜收获方式、油菜收获时期、收获损失上进行了大量的研究,油菜割晒技术研究主要集中在条铺形成过程以及放铺质量上,捡拾脱粒技术研究主要集中在捡拾器结构研究上。油菜联合收获技术研究主要集中在割台参数优化、脱粒分离与清选机理和参数优化上。在研究手段上主要采用有限元分析、虚拟样机建模与仿真技术。在油菜收获技术基础研究领域内,今后应进一步开展移栽油菜割晒技术、油菜脱分机理、油菜籽粒在清选装置中的运动规律、筛分情况与清选装置中各个零部件的工作参数之间相互关系的研究。
