| 摘 要： | 介绍了波导开关有限转角无刷驱动电机的基本结构和工作原理,研究了系统组成、计算机接口协议和系统管理策略,给出了该电机控制方法和基本设计电路,并采用PC/104嵌入式计算机实现了波导开关有限转角器的群测与群控技术.试验证明:该系统定位精度高、功耗低、可靠性高.

| Abstract: | The basic structure and principle of limited angle brushless drive motor used in angle-rotator of waveguide switch is introduced. The component parts of system, interface definition of computer communication, and control strategy of system are researched. The control method and basic circuit design of the motor drive are given. In the last of the paper, multi-measuring and multi-control system based on PC/104 built-in computer core are realized to control 66 limited angle brushless motors. Test result shows the system have high precision, high reliability and low electric energy dissipation. |
