摘    要:目的研究山芪营养颗粒的澄清工艺。方法以固形物含量、总多糖含量为指标,采用正交试验法,考察壳聚糖加入量、药液浓度、pH值及絮凝温度对澄清工艺的影响。结果最佳澄清工艺为:药液浓度1:8,在70℃条件下,加入1.8 mL·g-1的壳聚糖溶液。结论壳聚糖絮凝法可为山芪营养颗粒的工艺改进提供科学依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the clarification process of Shanqi nutrition granules. Methods By means of determining polysaccharide and solids contents,orthogonal experiment was used to study the four factors,including the amount of chitosan solution added,drug solution concentration,pH value and the flocculation temperature. Results The optimal clarification procedure was obtained under these conditions,the concentration of drug solution was 18 and the temperature of flocculation was 70 ℃ then adding 1.8 mL·g-1 chitosan solution. Conclusion The method provides the scientific and reasonable basis for the technology improvement of Shanqi nutrition granules.
