稀土选矿浮选过程控制系统设计

摘    要:文章以某新建稀土选矿厂浮选流程为研究对象,在熟悉其工艺设备组成及工作原理的基础上,重点对浮选温度、浮选浓度等控制系统进行剖析与研究,该流程控制系统实行DCS控制,上位机采用PC计算机,下位机采用PLC系统作为现场控制单元,以灵活多样的分布式I/O接收现场传感检测信号,实现对稀土浮选流程的自动化控制。

Abstract:In the paper,the flotation process of a newly- built Rare Earth Beneficiation Plant is as the object of study.Based on the composition of its processing equipment and working principles,the control systems for flotation temperature and flotation concentration are analyzed and mainly studied. The control system of the technological process is with Distributed Control System( DCS),the upper monitor is with personal computer( PC) and the slave computer is with programmable logic controller( PLC) as the control unit at field,which could receive the detection signal of sense with the flexible and diverse distributed I / O so that the automatic control for flotation process of rare earth could be implemented.
