| Abstract: | Many parts of inspection tools for automotive main models are large thin wailed components, which are of high technology performance, high manufacturing accuracy and high machining difficulty. Some difficulties in machining a practical part were described in detail and to solve the problem, corresponding solutions in terms of the material selection, machining equipment selection and design of process route were proposed. |
