旋转缸套式制冷压缩机减摩与密封结构的探讨

摘    要:针对滑片式旋转压缩机存在摩擦损失大和泄漏损失多的状况,介绍并分析了几种具有旋转缸套特征的减摩技术与密封结构。研究表明,旋转缸套式的结构可以大幅度减少滑片外端与缸孔壁面之间的摩擦损失,但随之会产生旋转缸套外表面的摩擦问题;而采用旋转缸套结合嵌固叶片与随动端盖的结构方式,则可以从根本上解决叶片外端及叶片两侧端处的摩擦与泄漏的问题,然而却会导致压缩机的结构复杂化。

Abstract:To reduce friction waste and leaking loss of the traditional vane compressor,a few types of friction-reducing techniques and sealing structures of such compressors with rotating sleeve were reviewed and analyzed.The results show that,though the rotary sleeve can significantly reduce the friction and leakage between the outside-end of the vane and the cylinder wall,it also causes friction loss on the outside wall of the sleeve;if the compressor employs the end-cover which turns with the sleeve,the friction waste and leaking loss occurred between the vane's side-end and the two ends of the sealing covers can be completely eliminated,but it means a more complex structure of the compressor.
