摘 要: | 利用SolidWorks对SGZ800/750刮板输送机刮板进行三维建模,再用尼龙1010(加30%玻璃纤维填充物)对其与槽体相接触面进行材质改进,使其与槽体相对运动具有较小的摩擦因数,耐磨损,且保持了刮板的原有机械性能。

Abstract: | Use SolidWorks on SGZ800/750 scraper conveyer scraper for three-dimensional modeling,then use nylon 1010(plus 30% glass fiber filler) on body contacting surface to improve material,making tank body relative motion has smaller friction coefficient,wear resistance and maintain original mechanical performance of scraper. |
