| 摘 要： | 中药独活为伞形科植物重齿毛当归 (Angelicapubescens Maxim.f.biserrata Shan et Yuan)的干燥根。性微温 ,味辛、苦。具有祛风、除湿、止痛等功效 1,2 ] ,药材因产地分布、性状差异而形成不同的商品独活。浙独活为野生的重齿毛当归的干燥根 ,商品主产地为浙江天目山等地 ;资丘独活主产区分布于湖北宜昌地区的长阳、五峰等县 ;四川达县地区和万县地区所产的独活称为川独活。独活挥发油的成分已有报道 (样品为湖北恩施地区出产的独活 ) 3 ] 。我们运用 GC- MS- DS检测分析 3种商品独活的主要成分 ,比较其差异 ,现将结果报告如下。1 材… |

| Abstract: | The chemical components of the volatile oil extracted from the root(Duhuo) of Angelica pubescens grown in three habitats were analyzed by GC-MS.29 compositions composed of 82% of the total volatile oil were identified from Zheduhuo;44(94%)from Ziqiuduhuo;25(55%)from Chuanduhuo.The result shows that the difference of the chemical components of the volatile in the root of Angelica pubescens from these three habitats is obvious. |
