特发性肺纤维化是极具破坏性,与年龄相关且病因不明的一种疾病,因此可选择的治疗方案十分有限。研究显示,固有免疫细胞和适应性免疫细胞在特发性肺纤维化发病过程中均发挥着十分重要的作用。在这里,我们总结并讨论了免疫细胞在特发性肺纤维化疾病中所扮演的角色,同时归纳了一些针对特发性肺纤维化的免疫治疗手段。

Progress in study of immune cell on pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a devastating,age-related lung disease of unknown cause that has few treatment options.Studies have shown that both innate and adaptive immune cells play an important role in the pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Here,we summarize and discuss the role of immune cells involved in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,summing up some immune-based therapeutic strategies in the field.
