企业医院癌症患者信息需求现状调查分析

目的分析企业医院癌症患者信息需求状况及其影响因素，为患者提供相关信息及依据。方法采用癌症患者信息选择问卷及自制患者基本信息调查问卷，调查癌症患者信息需求情况。结果癌症患者“很想知道”的信息内容前五位的分别是“治愈的可能性有多大”占74．2％，“大概的治疗费用”占67．7％，“治疗的副作用”占63．1％，“治疗有效的个案”占63．1％和“有什么治疗可供选择”占62．7％；患者年龄、文化程度和家庭人均收入是癌症患者IPQCP得分的影响因素，有60．6％的患者表示希望获知“一切，无论好坏”的信息，有64．2％的患者表示信息量“知道的越多越好”，而文化程度和职业是患者信息内容需求的影响因素，性别、年龄、文化程度和家庭收入是患者信息量需求的影响因素。结论癌症患者大都希望获知自己疾病的真实情况，并有强烈的治疗愿望，但部分患者不愿知道自己的诊断，因此医护人员应该根据实际情况决定是否告知和如何告知患者各种相关疾病信息。

Investigation and Analysis of Status of Information Demand in the Enterprise Hospital of Cancer Patients

Objective To analyze the status of information demand and effective factors in enterprise hospital of cancer patients.Methods The information preference with questionnaire for cancers patients(IPQCP) was used to investigate the information damand in the enterprise of cancer patients.The date was analyzed by spss14.0.Results The first five information of "very want to know" of cancer patients were "curability"(74.2%),"probably cost"(67.7%),"side effect"(63.1%),"effective case"(63.1%),"elective treatments"(62.7%);the age,a education level and family average per capita income were the effective factors of the IPQCP,the education level and profession were the effective factors of the demand of information contents;the age,gender,education level and family income were the effecive factors of information demand of the cancer patients.Conclusion Most of the cancer patients need to obtain the real information of disease.
