| 摘 要： | 新经济政策是列宁在总结俄国历史经验的基础上提出的,具有历史必然性。从新经济政策思想可以看到,列宁不仅把农民问题提到了政治的高度,而且阐明了社会主义国家如何利用和发展资本主义及商品经济的问题,其对正确的错误观的解读尤其值得重视。挖掘新经济政策思想的时代价值,继承列宁的宝贵精神遗产,对于促进我国经济社会又好又快发展有着现实意义。
