活塞发动机火花电磁干扰抑制方法研究

摘    要:鉴于活塞发动机点火系统是一个很大的电磁辐射干扰源,提出了抑制火花电磁干扰的方法。通过分析发动机点火系统电磁干扰产生机理,研究干扰抑制方法,确定了适合无人机应用环境的配置方案,即无触点电容放电式点火系统、电阻型火花塞、尽量短的线绕电阻型高压线以及在保证点火可靠前提下的屏蔽。同时,点火装置、高压线、火花塞等的一体化设计可有效地抑制火花干扰。实践证明,这些措施的效果是十分显著的。

Abstract:Failing to find detailed information about suppressing EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) caused by spark in piston engine of RPV( Remotely Piloted Vehicle) in the open literature, we spent many years in solving this problem and have come to a mature solution that has proved quite successful in hundreds of hours of flying time. Section 1 analyzes in much detail the emission mechanism of EMI due to spark of RPV piston engine. Section 2 explains in detail our mature solution for suppressing such EMI. The solution includes: (1) the selection of resistor type spark plug, which is better than other types of spark plug; (2) minimization of the length of plug wire; (3) shielding of ignition device; (4) integrating the design of ignition device, plug wire, and spark plug. Test data given in Figs.4, 5, and 6 show the effectiveness of our solution for suppressing EMI caused by spark in RPV piston engine.
