城市韧性与经济高质量发展耦合协调研究——以京津冀城市群为例

在全球灾害事件频发的影响下,探究城市韧性与经济高质量发展的协调关系对促进城市治理水平的提高及经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。该文以京津冀城市群为例,运用熵值法、耦合协调及灰色关联模型,对城市韧性与经济高质量发展耦合协调的时空格局与影响因素进行分析。结果表明,京津冀城市群城市韧性与经济高质量发展的耦合协调度在研究期间显示出持续上升态势,区域内部北京耦合协调度保持在最高水平,协调城市类型主要以轻度失调和勉强协调为主。空间格局上,协调城市由中东部地区逐渐向东西方向蔓延。耦合协调度的发展主要受经济发展水平、市场能力、政府调控能力等因素的影响,其中以经济发展水平对耦合协调度的驱动能力最强。

Research on Coupling and Coordination Between Urban Resilience and High-Quality Economic Development: Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration as an Example

Under the influence of frequent global disasters, it is of great significance to explore the coordination relationship between urban resilience and high-quality economic development to promote the improvement of urban governance and sustainable economic development. Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration as an example, this paper uses the entropy method, coupling coordination and gray correlation model to analyze the spatial-temporal pattern and influencing factors of the coupling coordination between urban resilience and high-quality economic development. The results show that the coordination between urban resilience and high-quality economic development demonstrates a steady upward trend, and the Beijing coupling coordination within the region in question remains at the highest level, the main types of coordinated cities are mild maladjustment and reluctant coordination. In terms of spatial pattern, the coordinated cities spread from the middle and east to the east and west gradually. The development of coupling coordination degree is mainly affected by economic development level, market potential, and government regulation ability, among which economic development level is the strongest driving force.
