| 摘 要： | 从概念内涵、形成机制、价值判断和更新改造策略4个方面总结国内外"城中村"研究文献的观点.提出:应以价值中立作为"城中村"问题分析的逻辑起点:从"制度一行为"解释框架来理解"城中村"的形成:从合理建构城市低品质社区的角度,并在充分考虑现有制度和各种现实约束条件的基础上寻求社区治理的综合策略.
