摘    要:介绍了以超低功耗单片机MSP430为核心的高精度压力变送器的硬件电路设计,针对压力传感器的温度漂移问题分析了用于温度补偿的BP网络算法,通过MSP430对压力传感器工作环境的温度和压力信号采集作为BP网络的训练与检测样本,构造BP网络进行离线训练,将训练好的网络模型利用C语言编程实现单片机控制核心,研究了单片机软件实现方式;结果表明:利用MSP430单片机减少了系统功耗,其丰富外设减少了所设计变送器的体积,利用BP网络算法提高了变送器的精度,并有很好的抑制零点漂移与时漂的能力。

Abstract:The high smart pressure sensor's hardware-circuit design based on Ultra-Low Power MSP430 MCU is introduced.The BP network algorithm in temperature compensation caused by the pressure sensor's temperature drift is analyzed,and the collected values of presser sensor's temperature and pressure signals with MCU were used in BP network for offline training.The suited network module is expressed by C language program;the software-implemented method is analyzed.The result shows that the MSP430 MCU can reduce syste...
