网织血小板在特发性血小板减少性紫癜中的临床价值

目的：探讨网织血小板（RP）检测在特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）中的临床价值。方法：用流式细胞仪检测30例ITP、20例再生障碍性贫血（AA）和50名健康人外周血中百分比,同时计算RP绝对值。结果：ITP组RP百分比（（32.4±10.5）%）明显高于对照组（（9.6±4.6）%）（P〈0.01）,RP绝对值（（9.1±5.9）×10^9/L）则低于对照组（（20.9±13.1）×10^9/L）,在治疗明显好转后RP百分比明显降低（（11.9±5.7）%）,与治疗前比有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;AA组RP百分比（（5.8±1.8）%）和RP绝对值（（2.2±1.4）×109/L）都低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：RP在ITP的诊断及鉴别诊断中有重要价值,且在观察其治疗效果中有一定的临床意义。

Clinical Value of Reticulated Platelets in Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

Objective： To investigate the clinical value of reticulated platelets（RP）in patients with idiopathic thrombo- cytopenic purpura（ITP）. Methods： RP percentage was determined by flow cytometer in the peripheral blood from 30 ITP patients, 20 aplastic anem/a（AA）patients and 50 healthy people, and the absolute value of RP was calculated. Results： RP percentage（ （32.4± 10.5）% ）in the 1TP group significantly higher（ P 〈 0.01） than that in control group（ （9.6 ± 4.6）% ）（ P 〈 0.01）, and RP absolute value（ （9.1 ± 5.9） × 10^9/L）was lower, compared with control group（ （20.9 ±13.1.） × 109/L）. After the treatment effect was obviously improved, RP percentage was markedly reduced（（ 11.9± 5.7）% ）, significantly different from that before treatment（ P 〈 0.01）. Both the percentage（ （5.8 ± 1.8）% ）and absolute value（（2.2 ± 1.4） × 10^9/L）in the AA group was lower than control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： RP plays an important roles in the diagnosis of ITP and it has certain clinical significance in the investigation of treatment effect.
