形状记忆合金SM5中磷的测定探讨

摘    要:用锑磷钼蓝光度法测定形状记忆合金SM 5中的磷含量时,存在测定准确度差的问题。试验表明,高含量的硅影响磷的测定,用硝酸-盐酸混合酸溶样不完全是造成磷测定误差的主要原因。加入氢氟酸助溶,可消除硅的影响;加入盐酸挥铬、回流20m in消除铬和锰的影响,样品测定的相对标准偏差为1.01%,加标回收率达到了101.3%,结果令人满意。

Abstract:When the phosphorous content in shape memory alloy SM5 is measured by molybdoantimonyl phosphoric acid photometric method,there is big error.Therefore,the determination method is discussed after experiments.The results show that high content of silicon influences phosphorous determination and the simple is not dissolved completely by nitric acid-hydrochloric acid.The influence of silicon can be get rid of by adding hydrofluoric acid to help dissolve.The sample determination result is satisfactory with the RSD 1.01% and the recovery101.3% by removing chromium and circumfluence for 20min to get rid of the infection of the manganese.
