汽轮机叶片积盐欠饱和蒸汽清洗实践

摘    要:针对汽轮机叶片积盐对于机组出力影响的问题,通过化学检测手段分析判断汽轮机叶片是否积盐,以及在不揭汽缸情况下利用欠饱和蒸汽对叶片积盐进行清洗,缩短了检修时间,提高了机组的出力。

Abstract:Salt accumulation of turbine blade has a great influence on the unit output. Whether the salt is accumulated or not can be detected chemically. Without exposing the cylinder, the blade can be cleaned by less saturated steam, which could shorten the maintenance time and increase the unit output.
