摘    要:文中分析了大庆石化公司炼油厂1.4 Mt/a催化裂化装置CO焚烧式余热锅炉改造前存在的受热面管子容易出现的胀口泄漏、排烟温度高、过热能力低等问题.通过技术改造,重新设计了锅炉的汽包、水保护段、高低温过热器、减温器、蒸发段,同时增设激波式吹灰器.提高了蒸汽过热能力,降低了排烟温度,高温烟气回收能力增强,节能效果和经济效益...

Abstract:This paper analyzed the problems,such as leaking expansion joint,high temperature vent fume and low superheating capacity existed in CO incineration-type exhaust boiler of the 1.4 Mt/a Catalytic Cracking Unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company Oil Refinery before the revamp.Through technical renovation,the boiler’s steam drum,water protection section,high and low temperature superheater,desuperheater and evaporation section were redesigned,and in the same time,shockwave-type soot blower was added.These measures improved steam superheating capacity,decreased fume temperature,enhanced high-temperature recovery capacity,and significantly improved the energy saving result and economic benefit.
