| 摘 要： | 2000年以来，新建本科院校大幅度增加，为了保证教育教学质量，各高校都对图书馆加大了经费投入，以满足师生对文献资源的需求。本文对新建本科院校图书馆的馆藏文献资源现状进行了分析，指出了加强图书馆文献资源建设应遵循的原则，提出了馆藏资源建设的方法和措施。
