摘    要:毁伤威力场中冲击波超压测试是评估武器或炸药毁伤威力的一个重要手段,在军工国防领域具有重要作用。针对传统引线法与存储法这两种测试方法的优缺点,分析了冲击波的信号特点及国军标的相关测试要求,提出一种结合无线传感网络( WSN)技术和FPGA逻辑控制技术的冲击波无线分布式测试方法。系统经过激波管动态校准及多次靶场实弹试验,验证了系统具有布设简单、触发策略灵活、无线同步触发性能良好及数据准确度高等优点,特别适合适用于毁伤威力场中复杂恶劣环境下多测点冲击波测试任务。

Abstract:The shock wave overpressure test is an important tool to evaluate the destructive power of weapons or ex-plosives for damage power field. It plays a significant role in the field of military and defense. In view of the advan-tages and disadvantages between the traditional method of lead and the storage method, this paper analyzes the signal characteristics of the shock wave and nations mark test requirements,and put forward a kind of combination of wireless sensor network( WSN) technology and FPGA logic control technology of the shock wave wireless distributed test method. The system is dynamic calibrated by shock tube and multiple range live-fire test. The results show that the system has a simple layout,trigger strategy is flexible,wireless synchronization trigger performance good and the high accuracy of the data rate,especially suitable for apply to mutilate power field under complicated conditions in multipoint shock wave testing tasks.
