伊蚊(纷蚊亚属)一新种——功果伊蚊的记述

1979年7月至1980年3月,作者在云南云龙县的功果采集到蚊类标本一批,发现伊蚊属纷蚊亚属(Finlaya)一新种,特记述如下。 功果伊蚊Aedes (Finlaya) gonguoensis,新种 雌蚊 中型黑色蚊虫,翅长3.5—4.2毫米。 头部 头顶前部平覆深褐宽鳞,中央区和后部具白弯鳞;头顶后部和后头有黑色窄竖鳞,并杂有少数白竖鳞;有眶白鳞线;头侧大部平覆白色宽鳞,仅前部有一褐鳞区。触角梗节内侧有淡色鳞。唇基光裸;喙约为前股的1.1倍长,一致暗黑色;触须约为喙

A NEW AEDES OF SUBGENUS FIN LAY A FROM YUNNAN, CHINA

The present paper reports a new Aedes of Subgenus Finlaya from Gonguo of Yunnan Province, China. Female Medium-sized dark mosquito. Vertex covered with dark flat hroad scales, with white curved scales on medium and posterior parts. Proboscis and palpus dark. Scutum dark, mixed with a few pale narrow scales. Scales of hypospiracular, suhspiracular and postspiracular areas well developed. Abdomen dark, II-VIIT and II-VIIS with white basal bands. Male Resembling female in general appearance. Palpus approximately equal the length of proboscis. Termanilia subapical region of basimere with a tuft of fine setae and a tuft of long scales; basal dorsomesal area also with a prominent tuft of specialized long setae. Larva Antenna smonth; 1-A single. 4-C and 6-C in front of 5-C; 4-C with 2-3 branches, 5-C and 6-C single or with 2 branches. Comb teeth 20-30 in number. Siphon index 3.2; 1-S nearly in the middle, with 3-4 branches. 1-X single; 2-X with 3-5 branches; 3-X single. The new species belongs to the Group F of the, subgenus, but the combined characteristics of its general appearance and the specialized tufts of setae and scales on the basimere differ markedly from the other member of the group. Type 1 female, allotype: 1 males and paratypes: 25 males and 25 females, all collected from Gonguo in 1979 (Gong Zhengda) . All the types were deposited in Research Institute of Epidemic Diseases of Yunnan, with the exception of 3 pairs of paratypes in the Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, Academy of Military Medical Sciences.
