摘    要:本文对抗癌药物FT-207脂肪乳剂的制备及物理性质进行了研究。建立了乳剂物理稳定性新的评价方法。考查了乳化剂浓度、HLB值、FT-207浓度对乳剂稳定性的影响。测定了乳剂的粒度分布及乳剂的电位等物理性质。研究得到精制豆油乳化所需最佳HLB值为15.4,乳剂中分散液滴的平均粒径为1.0μm.

Abstract:In this paper studies on the preparation and physical properties of FT-207 fat emulsion are reported.A new method of centrifugal-spectrometry has been set up for measuring the stability of the fat emulsion. The effects of emulsifier concentration, HLB value and FT-207 concentration have been studied. Particle size distribution and Zeta potential of FT-207 fat emulsion have been determined. It has been found that the optimum HLB value for the emulsification of purified soybean oil in this system is 15.4. The mean diameter of oil droplets in the final product is 1.0μm.
