摘    要:研究了一种通过压力自适应活塞来实现汽油机可变压缩比的方案,自行推导了其动力学方程,并基于MATLAB/S imu link对该可变压缩比汽油机缸内工作过程进行了建模及性能仿真。结果表明,可变压缩比技术可以显著改善汽油机的燃油经济性,也可以避免爆震燃烧的产生。

Abstract:A variable compression ratio(VCR) project depending on pressure reactive piston(PRP) technology is investigated.The basic dynamics equation is derived and the theoretical analysis is made.The cylinder working process of VCR spark ignition(SI) engine is simulated based on MATLAB-Simulink.The calculation result shows that VCR technology can improve fuel economy effectively at part load and prevent knocking at high load.
