柴油机油底壳自由模态分析

摘    要:外来的刺激如果和零件本身的固有频率相同,就会产生共振,噪声增大.针对油底壳模态特性应用了有限元的分析方法,建立起了油底壳的有限元分析模型,对4100QB柴油机油底壳进行了自由模态实验,列出了实测结果,为柴油机下一步的动力响应分析、整机的动态特性分析和结构的优化设计奠定了理论基础,也为柴油机实际结构的改进提供了有效的途径.实践表明,对油底壳的某个地方增加加强筋或者采用增加壁厚进而提高结构刚度的方法,可有效地控制表面辐射噪声.另外,改变油底壳约束表面螺栓孔分布也可期望对结构刚度有所改善,在一定程度上也可降低噪声.
