苯佐卡因含片治疗口腔溃疡、急性咽喉炎引起的疼痛的临床研究

目的:评价苯佐卡因含片对口腔溃疡、急性咽喉炎引起的疼痛的临床疗效和安全性.方法:采用多中心、随机、双盲、对照基质平行对照试验.口腔溃疡病例数60对,咽喉炎病例数40对,观察疼痛指数及镇痛疗效.采用X2,t检验或非参数统计方法.结果:试验组用药第1 d、第2 d能有效减轻疼痛,用药第1 d镇痛维持时间长,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两组不良反应发生率无统计学意义(p=0.444).结论:苯佐卡因含片能有效缓解和消除口腔溃疡、急性咽喉炎引起的疼痛,且安全性好.

The clinical study on the alleviation of pain caused by oral ulcer or acute pharyngitis :a solution using benzocaine lozenges

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Benzocaine Lozenges in alleviation of pain caused by oral ulcer and acute pharyngitis.Method:A double-blind randomized,parallele,muticenter,vehicle controlled clinical trial was carried out.In the study,120 patients with oral ulcer were enrolled,60 in Benzocaine Lozenges(trial)group,and 60 in the vehicle groupwhile,while 80 patients with acute pharyngitis were enrolled,40 and 40,respectively.Pain index and the analgesia efficacy.Chi-square,t-test or nonparameter statistics method were used.Result:Benzocaine Lozenges are effective in alleviating pain during the first 2 days,and especially in the first day,a long analgesia period was observed.Compared with the vehicle group,the efficacy and analgesia period of the trial group is significantly different(P<0.05). The incidence rate of drug adverse reaction of both group is not significantly different statistically(P=0.444). Conclusion:Benzocaine Lozenges are effective and safe in alleviation and elimination of pain caused by oral ulcer and acute pharyngitis.
